We have breaking news right now a Republican appointed judge in Virginia has just struck down last night's Democratic backed redistricting amendment completely every single ballot cast yesterday April 21st is completely void from the start ruling that the amendment is unconstitutional rather the redistricting effort is completely unconstitutional. The ruling was issued minutes ago by Judge Jack Hurley of the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
