The first footage we see of Henry Novak is at 8 .30pm, entering a lift in his student halls on his way to meet his football team.Just after 9pm, Henry and his friends make a stop at an off -licence.Later, a CCTV camera captures him briefly going into the Hobbit pub.In court, the judge said he had had some alcohol but wasn't drunk.Henry decided to head home after 11pm.He was on his Snapchat, sending messages and videos to his friends.
