This is why so many engineering students fail their final exams, because at the end of every semester, their final assignment is to build a sturdy tower completely out of thin sticks that has to support heavy weights without collapsing. That's where this professor, after over a week of preparation, decided that he would give his engineering students a very high-stakes challenge.
