These are the crunchiest air fryer french fries ever.

A frozen bag of thick cut french fries, trust me.

Cover with water and let sit 30 seconds.

So now we're watering our fries. I see why he said trust me.

Drain off the water, cover with a lid, shake aggressively until they look like this. So how are our wet fries gonna get crispy? I'll shake it like it owes me money anyways. Looks kind of gross, but trust the process because he told me. I know, another big no-no, here it is. Microwave these bad boys for 5 minutes. Joke's on you, the microwave is my best friend. Then air fry at 400 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. We're finally air frying these bad boys.

Shake halfway through cooking. Mine's not shaking. I've got to admit, this looks pretty good. Optionally a little melted beef fat.

Well good thing that's optional.
