So he meets with his lawyers up to 12 hours a day while he's in prison.And the outcome of this is the creation of the 1953 trust, where all of his assets that are known are moved into this trust.The first thing it does makes it very difficult to ascertain the beneficiaries of this money.And so it would allow him to access this money in these assets in a roundabout way through shell companies.

The second thing it does, it prevents any of his assets from going through probate, which would also make this public.Is this complex estate planning for someone who's like, you know what, I'm about to end my life and I feel like I need to put everything into the right place at the right time for all my money?Or is it estate planning for someone who wants to get access to those assets after they're out of jail?
