We are currently on the way to my PCOS doctor. I have not seen her since I started my progesterone journey so I'm excited to catch her up on that. I feel like I finally am in a good groove with that. Slash also, we have some questions and hopefully we'll have some updates for you after.

So we just arrived. Let's go I'm getting an ultrasound which I do very often here. But this is Cal's first time seeing me getting an ultrasound Hi guys, I'm just letting everyone know, I am going to cry. I had one tear come down in the office and I was trying to suck the tears back in, but I'm definitely really emotional right now in a really good way.

Of course, really great appointment.

It was the best appointment that you could have come to. She's so great, I was just thinking it's so wild. So we sat down, I'm just gonna give like a little debrief I always sit in the car after my appointments today I tell everybody what happened, but I won't give away too much information just because obviously a lot is personal to us But we went in and just did a checkup the last time that I came in We did like a full blood panel

So every so often when I come in I come in pretty frequently, we'll do a blood test every so often just to see where things are going and how things are looking. And then I'll also do an ultrasound usually every other appointment. So Cal has never been to an appointment with me when I do an ultrasound. And when we do the ultrasound,

they do the whole stick thing and they fully stick it up inside of me. And we get to look at my uterus and my ovaries and like PCOS follicles and things like that and I'm really emotional because this was the best appointment that I've ever had like with my ultrasound and I'm really happy.

No, I'm just so happy for you.

I know, I'm really happy.

She's got perfect ovaries and a perfect uterus.

Let's go! No, she really did. She used... I forget exactly. I'm kind of blacked out because like, it's never gone that well before. And like, we're usually looking at it. And she's like, you know, we want to fix this. We want to work on this. Like, let's work on this. But she's the best. She's so sweet.

I'm sorry, I'm like so emotional right now. But she was like me how you know It's crazy to think that when I came in here in June of 2023 and I was just you know Trying to find a fix for my body because I was I just was not feeling well And I knew something was so wrong and now fast forward We're like at the point where we have a plan as to when we want to start trying for kids. I remember coming here June of 2023 being like oh my boyfriend

and I, yeah we weren't even fiancés yet at that time, like you know we definitely want to have kids but not for a really long time like way down the line and it now we're here as to like when we're ready. We went over like our whole plan of when we want to start trying but not anytime super soon or anything like that, but I'm just so happy. I've never had like that good of an ultrasound and like that good of results,

and I'm so happy you were here with me to support me, and you got to see me get an ultrasound, which if all things go according to plan, I think there's a lot more of those in the future.

Yeah, and we went over all my levels, Almost everything is like in a really good spot There's a couple things that we're still working on getting fixed some things that before were too high and now they're too low And I'm like come on bodybutt Overall, I'm just I cannot believe that was like the best ultrasound that I've ever had and like physically seeing it is like so special And I'm so happy so happy for you. I'm proud of you. I'm gonna go cry now and let's get coffee. Bye We came to Alfred coffee and Marina look at this beautiful view. Also, the marina is very special to me because this is where I first moved when I came to LA. Didn't have any friends in LA at the time. I moved out really close to my aunt and my uncle, so I hung out with them constantly, which I still do see them a lot,

but it's crazy how much my life has changed. And just being here always reminds me of all those memories and my psycho neighbor. I wonder what she's up to. If you know, you know. We started out, we got lots of food. I'm starting with the Gruyere and chives scone and I just told Cal, I've always liked cheese. I've never been against cheese, but since marrying him, I'm obsessed with cheese. Thank you kind sir. Oh, overcompensating. I got a vanilla latte, but I added peppermint to it. Here we go

I keep thinking of Remy two years ago, leaving the appointment for the first time and just feeling so overwhelmed and

scared and stressed. And I cannot believe it's been two years and we've come such a long way, two and a half years. And I'm so happy. Cal doesn't normally come with me to the appointments as I said, but he came with me this morning just because we had like a couple fertility questions that we wanted to ask and he could not have come

to a better appointment. I'm so glad that I had his like physical support there and also I'm so glad that he was there today. So many things are happening behind the scenes, the vlogs. I know it feels like you guys see everything in my life and granted you do see a good chunk of it,

but there's so much stuff happening behind the scenes in my life right now. Stressful things, lots of personal things, exciting things, things all across the board. There's lots of stuff happening, and every day I try to just wake up, put a smile on my face, and push through. Even though some days I wake up and I'm not ready to take on the world,

I'm so grateful for today, and I'm grateful for every day, and we're just gonna keep pushing on. But this was really good news that I needed, so I'm really happy So I am getting ready, and then I have some little house things I need to get done. I also really need to finish Alicia's Christmas gift soon. I made huge waves last night.

I got so much done last night, and also, I don't know why, but I decided to do this project with zero help from like anything. Like literally I'm just making it up as I go, and surprisingly it is working out. I'm very grateful for that because it definitely could have gone a different

way, but I got so much done last night. I think I really only need like one or two more nights to do it. I don't know if I'll be able to finish tonight because I have a lot going on, but I would love to finish tonight. And then I also decided what I about how I want to package their gifts, which I want to make that a whole moment within itself. So it's going to be amazing. But on the schedule for today,

after I get my life together here, we've got to clean. I've got a lot of PR and stuff I got to open. I've got some editing and things I need to get done. We're going to head over to miss Sydney Carlson is. Sydney and Devyn are sisters. They own Wildflower Cases, which I've known them for so long. I did my own Wildflower Case back in, I think it was 2018, I'm pretty sure.

So it's been quite some time. I'll never forget like the phone call that we did with the whole family, that I did with the whole family back then. They've always just been so sweet and so kind. Sydney is amazing. and she invited me over to her house to shoot some fun cooking content today. So we're gonna make one of the recipes that's in the book.

She also has her own cookware line. If you guys see that pink pot or the white pot that I cook with all the time, it's called Leni. It's amazing. And so I'm sure we'll be using all the Leni products and I'm so excited about that.

It's like one of my favorite pots to cook with. want. So that'll be so fun. And then after I'm actually getting dinner with a friend, he's actually a subscriber turned friend. His name is Jose. If you guys watched the basically unfiltered Patreon where we had an NFL cheerleader teach us a routine and a dance and like warmups and drills, that was Jose. Alicia and I actually met him quite a few years ago when we were walking just in West Hollywood and he happened to be working in one of the stores and he came outside, we met and we just hit it off and we've stayed in touch ever since.

So tonight we're going to go get dinner together, which I cannot wait to see him. I'm going to make him a little wedding merch box too, just to bring him as a little gift. And then after that, we're going to an event tonight for cloud cafe. So it's going to be a fun jam packed day. of the Cloud Cafe Hot Choco Zero because I'm almost through mine and I got my mini marshmallows

and I've been having one every night and it's so yummy. So hopefully they have some product that I can take because I want a hot chocolate every night of my life during the winter. Then I'll come home, we'll see if we get

to the Christmas gift tonight. I'm hoping I can. I just, I feel like I could maybe finish it tonight. tomorrow so we are in the groove. Just crumple up some paper on the bottom, make a nice little layer. I'm so excited to give him this. I also gathered a few K-Beauty products. I put it in the lush bag, but some K-Beauty products to give to Sydney just as like a little holiday gift as well. I considered giving her some wedding merch, but I didn't think she'd want that.

So K-Beauty skincare products of the day. I have some like Regiron products. pharmacy in Korea that I think she's gonna be really excited about. So I'm gonna get her that. I folded up the sweatshirt and then I also used the lint roller just to make it nice and clean. And I'm gonna put this right here in the bottom. Fold it nicely. I think I'll just tie the little strings to make it really cute.

Perfect. And then just kinda make it look pretty in the box. And then I'll also throw the hat on top. We'll lint roll the hat, make it nice and clean. Perfect. Okay, this will go, I think what I'll need to do is fold the sweatshirt in half. There we go.
