Henry Nowak murderer's brother's 999 call revealed - Patrick Christy's FUMES at 'family cover-up'

Again, I need to say to you, this is an unbelievably distressing story.It's unbelievably distressing footage for you.It's the Henry Novak police body cam footage.Now, we played at you in full earlier on on the show, and we've made an editorial decision to play you a bit of it again.Now, we are we are not going to play you the full version again.I will verbally describe to you, however, what happens in the longer version.

But here is a bit of Henry Novak's final moments.

Yeah, my brother took my turban off, started grabbing my head.Are you injured?Yeah, I've got a swollen eye, a little bruise.

Step back a little bit for me.Someone flag these down.

So that's the point that we are stopping that footage there.I will tell you what happened.Again, it's important for me to stress that the police put this out in conjunction with the family.It's the family's consent.is what we're being told.So, um, what happens afterwards, and you see there's no urgency there, right?

The whole time, the whole length of time that footage is happening, Henry Novak is dying.He's been stabbed multiple times, probably once in the face and jaw as well, which he thought would have been clearly visible to any police officer, worth his or her salt.He thenis struggling to talk, struggling to breathe, tells the police officer who's been stabbed, the police officer says, I don't think you have mate.Like that, just like that, don't think you have mate.Like you might say to your mate down the pub when they start telling you some tall story, no I don't think you have mate.

They then don't bother to check him over, they just prat around for a bit, talk to the, as we now know, killer about whether or not he's got a slightly bruised eye, which by the way I don't think he had, and then they Go to Henry Novak.He says, I've been stabbed.He says, I can't breathe.Nine times he told them that he'd been stabbed.Nine times.Four times he told them that he couldn't breathe.

They don't bother to check him.They just do not bother to check him.They try to put him on his side.He must have been in agony.They try to put him on his side.Police officer says, oh, he doesn't like that.

And they go, oh, he can't really breathe.Oh, his pupils are going.Oh, it looks like he's going to be sick.They just narrate this poor boy's death as they're standing over him.And they're not the only ones standing over him.The killer then moves and stuns over him.

And at no point does he say, at no point does he say, actually, look, he's been stabbed.Even if to say it was self -defense, which of course it wasn't, he doesn't say that at all.And what we can play for you now, in light of all of that, is the 999 call made to police by the murderer's brother.

Emergency.

Yeah, we've just been attacked by someone racially.Yeah, that's ****.Sorry, we just got attacked racially by some white person.

Whereabouts are you?

Yeah, literally.I just parked on my car to come home and he attacked me.brother.

We just got attacked racially.We just got attacked by this beep.So did they call him a name there?Did they call Henry Novak a horrible name after the brother had stabbed him multiple times?We got attacked by this white guy.He just came out.

Now, the thing is, we now know none of that's true.We now know not only is none of that true, not only is none of that true, But what the boys then did, the men then did, is they made a call to their mother.And their mother, who was not born here, by the way, arrived at the scene.And there's a picture that we're going to show you in a second, which is of the knife that was used.This ceremonial knife.It was 21 centimetres long.

This sword, really.At what point does a knife become a sword?I mean, there you go.That's it.The mother arrived at the scene and took the knife and left the scene with the knife and hid it.

And there she is. I mean, this is, this is, this is a, a family murder and cover up.

And it is absolutely, absolutely disgusting.The whole thing is utterly disgusting.So in case you missed it, in a couple of minutes time, we'll replay you that 999 call, of course.Joanna, when, when, when you, when you see and hear this now.What's your kind of overarching emotion here?

I mean I think I just go completely quiet.I watched the full footage outside.I thought the full footage was only the minute and a half and I thought that was solong, how could nothing have been done?Only to then realize it's actually three minutes of that boy kind of withering around in agony.I think, honestly, just seeing that, watching the parents' press statement, I don't understand how anyone could watch that and not come to the same conclusion, that there's been gross, and just wrong procedure done.

Your last guest was on, was a former detective or investigator.I think any comments as to the process and everything being done correctly, those police officers will know that what they've done is completely wrong.When they're dragging the poor boy around, we found out that he was stabbed in both of his legs, in his chest as well.And they're moving his body as if it's worth absolutely nothing.His face, this is the thing.

Apparently there was an injury to his face.Well, where did he get that from?You know what I mean?And they're acting like it's nothing.By the way, so I want to clarify.So obviously, Vikram Digwar is guilty of murder.

His mother was found guilty of assisting an offender.His brother was not convicted of any crime.crime.

Surely that's aiding and abetting.You have your dad out there as well.

I know, but this is the British justice system.It's the same British justice system that after Henry Novak died, that bloke who's on your screen or was on your screen before, Digwell the murderer, they didn't handcuff him.They never handcuffed him.They took him to a police station.They walked him around the kitchen so that he could pick his own dinner out and he still didn't admit to anything.He pled not guilty at court.

He dragged the whole family through a trial, that absolute monster.I mean, Leo, look, the family have said they don't want this, they've been very clear about this, to sow any kind of increased division or anything like that.They want new knife crime laws, they want some kind of reform when it comes to the carrying of knives, the possession of knives and all of that.You as a human being, as a father yourself, when you see that body cam footage, what's your What's your gut response to that?Maybe about the police, what do you think?

Yeah, I mean, on a human level, it's obvious that common sense wasn't followed and basic humanity.If somebody tells you nine times they've been stabbed, if they tell you four times they can't breathe, you at least check to see if they've been stabbed.And it wouldn't have been difficult to ascertain that, given they even said he had blood in his mouth.I mean, where do they think the blood came from?But as for the idea that they weren't following protocol, I think they were following protocol.following their training and their protocol.

All British police are trained in anti -racism.And as this ideology says that racism is something that can only happen to somebody that's not white, anti -racism is essentially anti -whiteness.They get trained in white privilege and white fragility.So these police officers, when they're standing next to the dying body of Henry Novak, would have been thinking, oh, he's got white fragility, because that's what they've been trained.They've been trained to see racism.This is
