On June 2nd, 2025, officers in Washington received a call from a woman pulled up at a McDonald's drive-thru, reporting that employees were refusing to hand over the food she had ordered. An officer called the woman back to find out more information about what had happened. Here's what the officer did next.

0:20

Hi, this is Sergeant Pennington with the Arlington Police Department on a recorded line. May I speak to Nicole, please?

0:28

This is Nicole.

0:29

How can I help you, Nicole?

0:32

I went to McDonald's and I tried to order food, and then they didn't give me my food. They said I was being rude, and I'm like, well, you know what, you're kind of being rude for not giving me my food. And I paid for it and then I said, what are you, illegal or something? Like, you know, I did say that and then they're like,

0:54

oh, then everyone runs up, blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, but can I have my food? And they're like, no, you can't have your food,

1:00

we're calling the police." And I'm like, well, I'm gonna call the police first. Like, so I never got my food. Okay, so you just need to get reimbursed for, I'm sure they're gonna tell us that they don't want your business, so.

1:10

Well, you know what? Like, they shouldn't really have that right. I mean, because I didn't really do anything wrong. Like, they were being rude to me, and I was rude back and I just don't think that like, you can just like, you pay for food

1:26

and then you don't get food.

1:27

Like, I don't, and half of them are probably not even legal, honestly. Like, so go check their IDs and shit. Like, that's what I would recommend.

1:37

We're not allowed to do that in our state.

1:39

That's some bullshit. Like, that's why everyone needs guns. It's like, f*** these people up. I'm so sick of it. I got in a huge car accident from a f***ing illegal Mexican who didn't have car insurance and his interpreter said, Oh, I went to Mexico. Like, good lord. I'm so sick of this s***. All I want is some f***ing McDonald's.

1:58

I can't get your food back for it.

2:00

Well, you gotta do something because these people are complete nuts.

2:05

Well what if you're not happy with the way that you were treated there, then you need to go to management.

2:11

That's what I said.

2:12

I said I'm going to call your boss and I'm going to sue you guys.

2:13

I've never sued anyone, but I've done a couple.

2:14

But it's like you can't just hire a little Mexicans with fake IDs and then like and then like have them act like trendy a lot and then like, you know, not give you your food after you pay for it because they think we're in Mexico, but we're not in Mexico. We're in Washington. We're in America. Okay. So they're like, we're gonna call the cops. And I'm like, I'm gonna fucking call the cops, you little bitches.

2:46

All right, well, I'm sorry.

2:48

I'm gonna call the cops on you.

2:50

I'm like, no, I'm gonna call the cops on you. Give me my mother fucking Vietnam and I'll get the fuck out of here, you little bitches.

2:56

Yeah, well.

2:57

Yes, I'm about to go f***ing. Yeah, my suggestion is to talk to somebody in management with your issues.

3:12

Well, they're not even Mexican, they're like from f***ing El Salvador and s***. Like, I'm about to just cat people.

3:20

Like, if people go missing, like, it's me. Okay, well, it seems, it sounds like you have a bigger issue than just not getting your McDonald's, Nicole.

3:30

It's a joke, but...

3:32

I get it, I get it.

3:33

Some people have a sense of humor, some people don't, you know what I mean?

3:36

Uh-huh.

3:37

Okay, well, I'm sorry I couldn't help you today, Nicole.

3:40

Well, you know, well, maybe next, maybe next time you can help me. Maybe. Hi. Hi. Are you Nicole?

3:45

Yes. I was trying to get my food and they wouldn't give it to me.

3:52

Yeah, I'm the officer you were speaking to on the phone. Yeah.

3:56

I thought we...

3:57

Okay, it's actually...

3:58

I thought I made my point clear that it wasn't going to happen, the fact that you were getting

4:03

your food today.

4:04

Oh, I didn't know that that was the actual case. I thought maybe you said that maybe they wouldn't or maybe they would, you know. I can go to Burger King but I was just kind of offended because

4:18

well your language is offending them as well. I hope you understand that.

4:25

I'm not racist. I don't like when people are rude to me. Right. And so like I kind of got offended and so I probably said things that maybe I shouldn't have. But I'm also sick of illegals. I got in a huge car accident from an illegal Mexican who shattered my window, almost killed me, had no car insurance, only got a ticket. I freaking got assaulted by a Cuban.

5:01

I'm just like sick of these people and now they're just like running rampant through here and I'm not even racist but it's just like I just want my food.

5:10

Okay.

5:11

You know?

5:12

Right.

5:13

So I'll go to Burger King or whatever. This is a private business and they can choose who their customers are and who they aren't just as well as you can choose to where you spend your money. If you don't like the service that they have here, or the way they treat you.

5:27

Well, it's my guy, it's like, dude, like, but yeah, you're right.

5:32

So did you end up, have you paid them?

5:34

Yeah, I just want a refund, I guess. Like, I just wanted chicken nuggets, and a cheeseburger, and some french fries. It's like how much did you pay him? Probably like 10 bucks. I don't know like

5:49

It's not even that big of a deal. It's just kind of the principle for me like really like I'm

5:56

Illegal and it's like Who's gonna deal with that like arrest them? And I'm the one that's a problem paying for a meal Mm-hmm, and they're half of them aren't even probably legal. Because it's private owner like like they think they own shit. But yet they can almost kill you in a car accident and only get

6:16

a ticket.

6:18

When you say they it's not you're talking about a whole people instead of just the person.

6:23

Well, and I used to mentor kids in Compton, Wands, Watts, East LA. Like I used to, and they're all doing well. They're all doing well. They used to work at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, UCLA Medical Center, UC Davis. Like I'm not a f*****g, like, you know what I'm saying? Like I don't like attitudes. I don't do well with attitudes.

6:45

Yeah, I can tell, because you probably have like spent like 45 minutes

6:49

to an hour of your time.

6:50

I went through the dressing room three times because I'm like, don't talk to me like that.

6:54

You know, and I'm not a-

6:55

The problem is, is I don't think in this situation you're ever gonna win. Now you might be able to get a hold of a manager at some point that would be willing to talk to you about your experience, but it's never going to be like...

7:09

Well yeah, because corporate America is like, oh what's your pronouns? Na na na na na. Like your f***ing mom is my f***ing pronoun. You know what I mean? Like, do you think I have time for that?

7:21

Yeah. It looks like there's maybe a McDonald's guy here. I'm just checking in.

7:26

Oh, you do work here?

7:28

Yeah.

7:28

Oh, let me.

7:29

I'll be right with you, OK?

7:31

This is like the worst of the problems going on.

7:34

No, see, he looks like a manager. I'm going to go talk to McDonald's. Mind just hanging out with Nicole here? Sure. I'm just hanging out with Nicole here and I'm gonna try and help get some more information for her

7:46

I think I'm okay with not getting fries And my burger and I think there's a lot of illegals in there so I think if anything Probably go see who's illegal and not illegal in there. Okay

8:05

Yeah, what do we got? I was told that she came in, started telling them that she was going to get deported, that she had AK-47 and guns on her, something along those lines. I don't know though, that's just what most people were saying. I just walked in the door.

8:24

Did she pay for her meal? I don't know. I couldn't find that out. She said she placed an order and then she went...I guess maybe a one of the catchers said that she was rude and then she became rude and started throwing out stuff about racial things against Hispanics. I think

8:46

that's kind of what's said. What does the gun think I mean I know does she say anything about that? She's like said all kinds of different things.

8:56

No to the fields. No to the wanting to do the PBT. I'd rather just like park in and walk out. So here's where we're at. Investigation has switched into whether or not you're impaired or you're in physical control. Being in physical control is being in the vehicle with the ability to drive with it.

9:16

I mean, it was on.

9:18

You mentioned something to me on the phone about alcohol, about being home if you were drinking or something

9:23

like that.

9:24

What was that about?

9:25

I wasn't going to drink until I get home. I bought alcohol here and then I got food and then I'm like I'm not going to drink until I get home.

9:33

Okay. Yeah. But we're smelling alcohol now, so was that before you drove?

9:38

I had two glasses. I mean, if you want to give me a do, I'd go for it, but all I want to do is get food and go home.

9:47

Okay.

9:47

I'm not, I'll park my car right there, go home. I have no record. These people are like illegals and they should be arrested.

9:59

Well, not really about them and whether they're legal or not. I'm not really concerned with that at this point. It's more of a priority to make sure that you're okay to drive.

10:08

Because if you're going through the drive-thru three different times... Well, I was upset. I was upset. I'm like...

10:13

I get that. But, Nicole, honestly, I mean... You have signs of impairment. Right? Like, you have slurred speech.

10:19

You have extremely watery, glassy, bloodshot eyes. Well they get like that anyways. Okay. And I'm on medication. I'll show you my medication. Okay. And you had medication mixed with a couple of drinks? I am on medication. Okay. What kind, what kind, is it anything that says on the bottle that you shouldn't be drinking with it? Like any kind of pain medications? I don't do it. It's depression, anxiety, but it's not, I don't do it.

10:47

So I, or.

10:48

Nicole, can you take your hands out of your pockets while we're, thanks.

10:51

Okay. Do you know what the name of it is?

10:53

So whatever you guys need me to do.

10:56

I asked you to just keep your hands out of your pockets. It's just a safety thing for us. Oh, it's just keys. Okay.

11:09

I think given what we have here, Nicole, I think I'm going to have you step up here to the car and put your hands on the car for me. And we are going to arrest you for physical control of a motor vehicle. There's just enough signs here, Nicole, that we just can't, we can't look the other way on this. Okay. way on this. Is there a way we could get video of the incident? Yeah. Was there like one particular employee that was dealing with? I just talked to Ray he

11:34

said he heard us and have a machete and AK-47 and you know I there's a couple people but I just want to I just heard from one person. Okay. And so, we can go talk to them.

11:45

Yeah, I'd like that.

11:48

This is Ray.

11:49

Hey Ray.

11:50

Hi.

11:51

Were you dealing with that gal?

11:52

Yeah.

11:53

Okay.

11:54

And what was her story?

11:55

Can you tell me what you know about it?

11:56

Well, what happened is she came here in the front corner to take some nuggets and a cheeseburger and some stuff. And Daniel, one of my coworkers, take her order and she's like trying to get a free food. She's like, can you guys give me the nuggets, 10-piece nuggets and a cheeseburger for free? Or I'm gonna call the cops and get everybody deported.

12:14

Something like that.

12:16

But my manager said no to her, and she started acting weird.

12:19

Did she pay you for anything? Oh yeah, I think she paid for the large coke only or something like that. You can give her. We can give her a refund no problem. Well I don't I don't think that's necessary at this point. What did she say about weapons? Yeah she said she have a weapons AK, MK something like that. She have machetes. Okay. Yeah so. Did you like like a threat? Like she was

12:40

threatening that. Yeah she was showing some hands to me to like and she tried to throw something on me She was in the window. She's like, yeah

12:49

Yeah, okay and she's taken the like a little minor incident of Something here where she didn't want to get She was trying to get food and they wouldn't give it to her so she ends up getting into verbal conflicts with them. She called police. I called her on the phone.

13:12

I thought she was home when I talked to her. And she's like, you know, really against Hispanics. And it's racial.

13:21

People being illegal here.

13:23

But blowing up a small proportion into something huge. Yeah. okay if I do blood I'd like to use you yes yeah okay perfect and we'll just take her to jail and I'll get a warrant okay okay who needs Nicole thank you I'm officer black of the arms of police. Just let you know I'm audio and video reporting, okay? Okay. How much have you had to drink today? Nothing. Okay, you've been read your Miranda warnings, correct? Yes. Okay, perfect. You understand those rights? Yes. Okay, perfect. You had nothing to drink today? No. Okay, what kind of prescriptions are you on?

14:00

Okay, okay. Take as needed kind of a pill. Yeah.

14:06

Go ahead and step out real quick.

14:10

We're going to walk to my car. I'm going to swap some cups on you, okay? So I can see you.

14:16

It's Nicole, correct?

14:18

Okay.

14:20

I actually have two glasses of wine and I'll pass a breathalyzer. So let's go. But I'm not going to do it here.

14:24

Okay. What kind of drugs do do it here. Okay. I'm gonna do it at the station.

14:25

Okay.

14:26

What kind of drugs do you have in your system right now?

14:28

Prescription or not?

14:30

What they gave me at the hospital.

14:33

Okay, what did they give you at the hospital?

14:35

Uh, I don't know.

14:38

I'm gonna pass the breathalyzer, so I'm not worried about it. This is not going to be a big deal. Have you ever had a DUI before?

14:46

No.

14:47

If I were to take your blood, what would show up in your blood? Whatever they gave me at the hospital.

14:52

When was that? Yesterday.

14:55

What were you doing at the hospital? Not this. You don't have to tell me. I just want to make sure you weren't in a car accident or something. I wasn't in a big car. I'm gonna reach around you. Those little Mexicans are like, I gotta reach around you.

15:08

Okay, do you understand that you're under arrest today for physical control DUI?

15:13

Has anyone told you that yet?

15:16

No?

15:17

Okay, so you're gonna be under arrest today for physical control DUI. to happen is I'm going to take you to the jail. I'm going to get a warrant for your blood, okay? And then that that warrant will be signed by a judge and then we're going to snag your blood and we'll go from there, okay? Do you use any illicit substances? Do you use any fentanyl? No, no fentanyl, no meth. I don't even smoke weed. Okay, do you have any oxy of any sort? I don't do oxycontin. Sounds good, Nicole

15:48

Pinot Grigio

16:03

When have you been a cop? Just a little bit under two years. Yeah? You gotta prove yourself a little bit?

16:08

Oh, no, not at all.

16:10

Sure, there's gotta be more pressing cases going on around here. DUI is pretty impressive, actually. Pretty good to get off the road. Well, you don't know if it's a DUI. That's an assumption. It's an investigation. It's an assumption. It's a pretty big assumption too. So if you're wrong, it's not going to be good for you. Is that a threat? Nope. It's just not going to be good for anyone if you make assumptions and it's not true. How do

16:38

you say your last name? You're the one arresting me, so you should probably already know. Is it Yoni? Yeah.

16:45

Okay.

16:46

You already know so why would you ask me? You're already arresting me for a DUI without knowing I have a DUI. Maybe you should go investigate something that's actually a crime. Maybe go back to that McDonald's and arrest people that are actually criminals. Instead of arresting people with no f*** with zero criminal record gonna be 41 years old in 12 days and you're arresting somebody with zero criminal record you're at that's that's insane

17:12

that's insanity like karma will come for you if you're gonna do this shit to me not for me but from karma I didn't do shit. I tried to get some McDonald's. Zero criminal record.

17:31

Nothing.

17:32

Except for going through the McDonald's drive-thru with a bunch of illegals. Yeah, I'm a f***ing criminal. Congratulations. I don't know why you have a black spider in your rear-view mirror. That's creepy. You're like the black widow.

17:47

Like you're not a nice person. Are you trying to say you're a mean person or something? Were you abused as a child? That's weird. You want to hear a funny story? You'll actually end up liking me.

18:00

And I want.

18:01

Okay, alright, Nicole.

18:02

I'm going to read you some things, okay? me okay first one is that you have the right to remain silent you have the right of this time to your attorney anything you say I have the right to an attorney and I want my public defender right now before I do anything so we have a warrant so we don't need any of that so you can do that later what's the warrant for I went to bring down parking lot okay I'm gonna explain that just like if you let me finish okay You have the right to talk to an attorney before answering. Do you understand the rights I write you today? No. Okay. I'm just gonna put refuse signature on there. All right, the next thing I have so I don't know if you're aware

18:36

Well, I'll read it out. I told you when you were at the McDonald's what you're arrested for but I don't know if you remember so I was driving through and they refused me service. Ready Nicole? Warning you're under arrest for RCW 46 and that's it we have a warrant so the warrant is here you'll get a copy of the

18:51

warrant in your file and you can't refuse the blood test okay. So what's the

18:56

thing about I have a right to an attorney? Correct I'm not asking any

19:00

questions and you can't refuse the test, so the attorney's not on board at this point, but you're more than welcome to talk to an attorney

19:05

when you get out.

19:06

Or, okay.

19:07

Okay.

19:09

All right, so there's two different ways this can go.

19:11

They're gonna let go of the handcuffs,

19:13

and you're gonna put your arm out and let them take your life.

19:16

How do I know that you guys are gonna be honest about it?

19:20

Cops are shady. Well, she's going to record everything right here. Everything is being recorded. Well, I know.

19:25

Just like everything was recorded before.

19:26

We have a camera up here, so anything that we do illegally, it is being recorded, okay?

19:33

Okay.

19:34

Okay.

19:35

Let's go.

19:36

It'll be...

19:37

And when it is, it'll be on there. Ow! And when it is, go now. Ow!

19:55

Everyone's like, are you allergic to iodine?

19:57

Are we doing this a lot? Is this like the most entertainment of like your f***ing life or what?

20:00

The next day, officers received a call from a 7-Eleven customer reporting that the same suspect was acting belligerently in the store Screaming sexual slurs at her and the clerk the suspect then exited the store and attempted to enter customers vehicles before driving away possibly intoxicated

20:16

Just you know, my body cams on something is recorded to see where okay So are you available? I know officer black spoke to you a little bit are you available to fill out a statement? I sounds like you were doing door dash. Are you available at a stopping point or something like that to meet up? Okay, we're what area you're in so maybe I can meet you halfway so you don't have to drive like all the way to a Police department. Okay, perfect. I will meet you in the Safeway parking lot. I'll just meet you there. Okay, sounds good, thank you. So, I guess start to finish, what happened, what'd you see, what'd you hear, what'd you smell, any kind of like five senses if you can as you're going through it.

20:52

Gotcha, so I heard her being really belligerent when I walked in and I kind of stood back for a second and she looked at me and she was like, just go get what you want. I was like, I'm here for DoorDash, ash like and so I just like that was odd. I guess when you when you were talking her define belligerent what is it? Belligerent as in like aggressive and rude and crude like she was really crude. She was she was she's 12. I get you. I was gonna make sure you have your keys though. I guess she's 12. So she she like, what are you here for him?

21:25

Are you his girlfriend? Are you here to get your dick wet or whatever? And I was like, I just gave her the look. She's like, what? And I was like, no. And she wouldn't leave me alone.

21:36

So I walked to the other side of the store and she went out the door and he was like chasing after her because I think he thought she was stealing something. She went to my car Like like she was gonna do something but then went to another car and like tried to get in the truck Try to get in the truck. Yeah, it was driving The truck was leaving and she was trying to get in the truck and then she went back in She was yelling something like I'm not with you or you're not kid and I was like, okay

22:04

she with you or you're a duck kid. And I was like, okay. And then she, um, then she went and got in her car. And at one point I'd asked her, I was like, are you driving? Cause it was obviously she was not wherewithal. Like she looked drunk. She was being really aggressive. When you say looks drunk, what does that, I guess her eyes were really glossy and like she wasn't, I mean, who talks like that, like normally? So it was just an abnormal conversation.

22:29

It was obvious to me.

22:31

And then did you see her get in her vehicle?

22:33

I did, I saw her get in the car. That's when I called and I left the license plate number. She did mention she just got out of jail and was like, I didn't even do anything wrong. And I'm thinking, yeah, I don't know if I believe that. And then officer Black said that it was a DUI last night. And so that makes sense.

22:52

Okay.

22:53

I actually, I'm 19 years sober myself.

22:56

And so- Congratulations, that is awesome.

22:58

Situations like this, it's like part of my obligation to make sure that we do the right thing.

23:06

Hey, stay in your car.

23:14

Hey, it's the police. So what's going on today? Why are we getting in other people's cars at the

23:20

I've never gotten anyone else's car.

23:21

Okay. Cause you smell like alcohol and you have bloodshot watery eyes right now.

23:25

Well, they are always like that.

23:27

Okay, how much have you had to drink today?

23:29

Not much.

23:30

Not much? When was the last time you had a drink?

23:35

Why are you doing this?

23:36

Because you're driving while you're drunk.

23:38

Well, I'm home.

23:39

No, you're under arrest. Do you want to do the voluntary standardized field sobriety test to show me that you're not drunk? Or are you drunk?

23:49

I don't know why you're doing this.

23:50

Are you drunk?

23:51

No.

23:52

Okay. Do you want to do the voluntary field sobriety test?

23:55

No.

23:56

Okay.

23:57

16, Sam 20. I'll be out with her. She's HVD. It'll take a second.

24:02

Why are you doing this?

24:03

You're under arrest for DUI.

24:07

I already was.

24:08

You're under arrest again for DUI because you're making these choices to put people in danger.

24:12

Who?

24:13

You are. Yoni, you are.

24:15

No, I'm not.

24:16

Yes, you are.

24:18

No, I'm not.

24:19

What? What do you mean? No, you're not.

24:20

I'm not doing anything to put anyone, I'm at my house. My keys are here.

24:26

Yeah, but only by the grace of God did you make it without hurting somebody. But you're gonna kill somebody someday if you keep driving.

24:32

I have a public defender, I mean you can try this.

24:34

That's good, I will try this, okay? And you have a public defender.

24:39

I mean, I'm home. I did nothing wrong. No, you drove drunk. No, I didn't.

24:45

Yes, you did.

24:45

No, I didn't.

24:46

Are you going to provide a voluntary breath sample?

24:48

No, because I don't trust cops.

24:50

Okay, you don't have to trust me. I'm giving you the opportunity to prove to me that you're not drunk.

24:54

No, I don't, like, think I have to prove that at my house.

24:59

You do, because you... I'm not in my house. You tried to get in somebody else's car at the gas station. No, I didn't. Yeah, you did. No, I didn't. Okay. Show me proof. I'll get the proof. It's easy. There's cameras and there's witnesses. Well, I don't have any... No, I didn't. I wouldn't do this if I were you. I wouldn't know. Do what you want. Okay.

25:25

I mean, I know you guys don't have much else to do, but...

25:31

It's a big deal that you're driving drunk. Especially after the last time.

25:35

Okay, well, I'm home, so...

25:37

Not... No, you're coming with us.

25:39

No, I'm not.

25:40

Yes, you are. I'm gonna ask very nicely, Yoni, that I'm asking you, please, get out of the car and don't make this any harder than it is. Can you please step out of the car for me?

25:52

Because that one girl...

25:53

Step out of the car, Yoni. I don't want to talk about that one girl. I want to talk about you getting out of the car right now.

26:00

Okay.

26:00

Well, can Barry...

26:03

Face the car.

26:09

Can I... at least don't steal my stuff, right? You're gonna steal your stuff. What do you want to come with you?

26:11

Uh, everything.

26:13

What's everything?

26:15

My whole purse, my phone, my dog.

26:19

Well, your dogs aren't gonna come with you to jail.

26:22

Oh, that's that girl. That's the Black Widow.

26:24

Black Widow. She's like like she says the one that has the

26:27

officer.

26:28

She has nothing to do with any of this. No, she's both of you. No, she she arrested. She arrested you last time because you were drunk. And today you're doing the same. She's making the same choices.

26:39

Right.

26:40

Against the car. Please take a white stance. You have the right to remain silent in a state committee or court of law. I am a lawyer. I'm a public defender. If you cannot afford a higher lawyer, what will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish? You can decide any time to exercise these rights, and I'll answer any questions or make any statements. Yes or no, do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? Partially. I think I partially have. I will re-read them

27:07

to you. Black widow, she's the one that has a black predator. Will you, will you, Tanya,

27:11

listen, talk to her. Who's f***ing her right now? Will you talk to my partner instead of

27:17

talking about her? Who's f***ing her right now? Are you going? Here we go. And once I figure it out, okay, you have the right to remain silent and your mistake can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Yes or no. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained? No. No. Okay, that's fine. We'll say he's refusing.

27:45

Do you have anything on saying the public's sick or hurt anybody?

27:49

Nope.

27:50

No.

27:51

And I have a lawyer.

27:52

Yesterday?

27:53

Yeah, I just arrested her. Yeah, she was booked yesterday for DUI. That's how I recognized her.

27:56

I don't have any pills. There was no pills, actually. There was a bunch of pills that were prescribed. Okay but you can't drive

28:09

on them right? Clearly you can't. Because you you down. Have a seat in there, Naomi. Appreciate you. That's not my name.

28:25

What's your name?

28:26

Nicole.

28:27

Okay, Nicole.

28:28

Thanks.

28:29

What did you see when you got up? She whipped in real quick.

28:31

So I saw her driving real quick.

28:32

She pulled in super quick and then pulled in here. No signal or nothing like that. She stopped abruptly. Uh, and then I pulled in right behind her through my lights on cause I recognized the vehicle matching the license plate and everything like that. She threw her door open. I said, Hey, you need to stay in the vehicle. I walked up immediately. I could smell like a bunch of alcohol. I saw bloodshot watery eyes. Uh,

29:04

and she's got slow deliberate slurred speech and she's speaking very repetitive and being very aggressive

29:09

Yeah, no, I guess one thing I was thinking is like I could build up with yesterday's. Oh, you're like, hey, I arrested her yesterday Here's everything I saw yesterday now. We have 24 hours later exactly 26 hours later. She's exhibiting the same signs and symptoms that I witnessed yesterday. Oh, that's fair

29:24

I mean, but you could also put in your supplement later she's exhibiting the same signs and symptoms that I witnessed yesterday. Oh that's fair. So you only thought I was thinking.

29:25

I mean, but you could also put in your supplement.

29:28

Whatever you want. I just, yeah.

29:30

I just want to save you the work, but if you want to take it, you can take it.

29:33

It's kind of satisfying.

29:35

Okay, if it means something to you, then let's do that.

29:39

We're going to go this way.

29:40

West side of the cops. You better watch your back, bitches. Okay. You think I'm joking? Okay, I need you to stop tightening up on me. And if you act like a bitch to me. We'll do this side actually. That way my camera can see you better. You're gonna be wish you didn't do this. Not yet because you have to get a seatbelt. You're going to wish you didn't do this.

30:07

You're going to wish you didn't do this.

30:13

So I think just because of the pattern of behavior and stuff like that, we're going to take her car. Okay. Um, just because we dealt with her yesterday, um, charged with the same crime. And then today she's on the roadway doing the same thing and stuff. So I'll have a tow truck come pick this car up And then she'll have to get it from some but for the time being this is presenting an

30:32

Increased risk to the public just for kind of with her her ongoing behavior and stuff and until she's ready to get help I don't know Yeah, that's what that's what he was saying so So will she be in there very long?

30:45

I mean I'm hoping she will be because...

30:47

Yeah, well we can ask for her to stay in there a little longer than she was yesterday. But if I'm out here and stuff like that it's just me typing up to get the form to have this toad, okay?

30:58

Yeah.

30:59

No new probable cause. I know what no PC means. I haven't threatened you at all. All I said was that you're threatening me because you have a black widow thing in your windshield and under your rear view mirror, which is threatening to me. This is probably the only person ever arrested that shouldn't be arrested. You're gonna regret this. I promise you. Whether it's in the physical

31:29

presence or whether it's like not. Not at all. I regret this for you because this is you're affecting my life. You're affecting my life and this shouldn't be happening. This you're affecting my life and I this shouldn't be happening this should not be happening so I regret this for you because karma's a bitch and that's not a threat that's just is what it is you know personally at a safety bank? It's going to be a big-ass lawsuit. You have the right to remain silent.

32:06

You have the right to talk to an attorney. I will remain silent until I talk to my lawyer. You have the right to talk to an attorney before answering any questions. You guys are going down. You have the right to have an attorney be present during questioning. You cannot afford an attorney to be appointed for you without

32:18

possible so-desired consent. I don't see it. Where's the actual warrant? Right here. It'll be in your personal belongings. You guys are going down. You guys are gonna have to kill me. Now that she has a warrant, I don't have a choice but to do a blood draw on you. I'm right here. So what I need, if I have no choice, I'm right here.

32:45

So what I need is for you to be able to kill me. There's about five of you that are about to go down. None of these people here arrested you? No, somebody threw me down and almost killed me. Okay, well, these people here did not arrest you. They work at the gym. to abuse someone so it's okay to throw somebody down and almost kill them my

33:05

rib is like injured it's not okay to throw me down against a cement barrier it's okay for people to whoever threw me down We have to do a blood draw. Alright, so I need you right now. We're going to be a really fun conversation with the judge. Whoever threw me down is going to f***ing go to jail. Whoever threw me down is going to f***ing go to jail. And whoever the four people that were watching that happen are going to go to jail also.
