I tricked 3 picky eaters into eating the foods they hate
Chef Tyler
I cooked three meals for three picky eaters to see if I could trick them into eating the foods they don't like. First up is my cousin Mallory. She loves chicken sandwiches, but she hates mushrooms. So naturally, I decided to make her a fried mushroom sandwich using oyster mushrooms instead of chicken.
Mallory doesn't like any vegetables on her chicken sandwiches, so I really had nothing to hide behind here.
It's good.
I like it.
There's no chicken on there.
What is it? What is it? You like it, right? Yeah. It's fried mushrooms. Why does it gross you out all of a sudden?
Oh, because it's a mushroom?
Take another bite.
No. Next up is my aunt Sandy. She's single, into bald men for some reason, and an extremely picky eater. She tells everyone she's allergic to squash, but I entire acorn squash into this tomato soup. Sandy loves bacon grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, so I figured this was gonna be an easy win, but she did seem hesitant to try the food
after she saw Mallory's meal.
What am I eating?
There's squash in the soup.
Well, it's good.
It's good.
I do like squash.
Let's go!
Our third and final picky eater is my brother Trevor. Most of Trevor's favorite foods are sandwiches, and he told me that a food he doesn't like is steak. I think Trevor might have just caught on to the video concept though, because for his meal I ended up making him this Vietnamese steak sandwich. meal I ended up making him this Vietnamese steak sandwich.
