ICE Agent will be prosecuted on state charges

We have some news out of the Hennepin County DA's office. The office there believes that it does have the jurisdiction to bring charges against the ICE agent despite the supremacy clause and they are unhappy about the FBI rescinding cooperation with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal the FBI rescinding cooperation with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
