Mamdani Calls Netanyahu a War Criminal and Calls For His Arrest

Benjamin Netanyahu belongs behind bars.That is the direct message you had millions hearing from New York Mayor Zoran Mamdani.And despite some hope out there for many that he was gonna make that happen, he admitted he doesn't have the authority, but he also didn't hold back.

Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal, the architect of a horrific genocide against the Palestinian people.As I've said, I agree with the ICC.that Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested and tried for his crimes.

And you've got this stemming from the ICC issuing arrest warrants for Netanyahu back in 2024, where they accused him and his defense minister at the time of intentionally and knowingly depriving Gaza of food, water, fuel, and medicine.And Mamdani, he's been pushing hard to get those warrants executed.But of course, the problem there is that America is not part of the ICC.And in fact, you have Trump's team trying to get rid of it as we speak.And so according to legal experts, even if Netanyahu did get arrested behind those warrants, it probably wasn't gonna happen on American soil.But that also didn't stop Mamdani and his team from looking into how they could do something.
