MANSORY INSPECT MY BUGATTI VEYRON I JUST FIXED

This is my Bugatti and today we've brought it back to the people who created this car 20 years ago.Mansory.Mansory is one of the most loved, but also hated, car brands in the entire world.And the man behind it all, Mr. Mansory, Kiros, who has not laid eyes on my car since it left his factory when he originally created it.Well, today, that is all going to change, because we're going to show Mr. Mansory this car for the first time since 2008, and ask him the question, How much did it cost to turn my car into a one -of -one Mansory Veyron?As you will see later in the video, his reaction wasn't quite what I was hoping for.

There is an issue with his car, which no one can fix.So hopefully, one of you watching this video can help us.

Don't destroy the car.No, don't do it.

So, who are Mansory?They basically take some of the rarest, most expensive cars in the world.And then, Mansory them.The standard cars from the ultimate supercar brands are already crazy, and then Mansory completely transform them into bespoke, individual, layering, outrageous, ridiculous, one -of -one Mansory specials, some of which would even hurt Stevie Wonder's eyes.And these exclusive cars divide people.Some people think it's genius, while others argue that it ruins the car completely.

But one thing that you can't argue with is it's expensive.

So the full carbon bonnet is about €10 ,500.The fenders, carbon inlay, €12 ,000.The wheels, about €15 ,000.The top wing is about €12 ,000.Rear bumper, front bumper, wide arches, side skirt, exhaust system, about €92 ,000.

Now, is it expensive because it's the best quality in the world?or are you paying for that badge?And that's why we're here today, to find out from the man himself, and he's giving us behind -the -scenes access.And we get to know, is that car there the ultimate custom build, or is it an overpriced flex?Mansory were not the first to do the whole body kit thing.In fact, it started back in the 1950s, designed to make the cars go faster.

And then, in the 80s, companies like AMG and Alpina followed.But this time, it was mostly for looks and fashion.And fast forward to now, we have companies like Brabus, Urban, Pryor and Liberty Walk, designing and manufacturing body kits to transform your car.Well, we're going to investigate Mansory, one of the most controversial design houses in the whole world, and find out if this is all Teemu carbon fiber bits rebranded, or is it super high quality parts that justify this expensive price tag?Kuroshi, nice to meet you.Thank you.

Thank you for this.How and why did you start Mansory?Mansory was 2004, but we had other company name in P -Design and technique which we was a producer for car parts for many many many company in Europe.So then suddenly after a while we say it was boring to only producing for other people why we should not make for ourselves something.So I become thinking which car we can do which so I saw that Bentley no one touched.So Bentley was the first.

So people said oh crazy this is you cannot do it this is English crown or something like this.Let's see we'll start.And yeah, we started and it was a great success.So even from the start, people loved us.Yes, hated.No possible.

It cannot be this, that.You miss your time.You miss money.OK, let's not miss the money.

But then you show there is a market.

Yeah.After that, Aston Martin, no one touched.Rolls -Royce, no one touched.First English crown.

So right, so first the English cars.

Yes, because I was in England 1978 for three years, so I loved England and then I was young, so I said okay, England is done.I go to Germany, I had uncle here, I came to here, I start here and well...Here we are.

Without doubt, the Mansory company has a lot of heritage.Decades of being market leaders, they have been making body kits longer than McLaren has been making mass production cars.22 years of this man's life has brought them to where they are today.So how do you make your first car?This is by computer?

At the beginning, we started with no computer, you know, it was only clay.So we started with clay.It's clay, is it really?Yeah, yeah.

Clay is still what the top manufacturing brands use today.In fact, many launch cars that you see at shows are not quite what you think they are.Many cars are only models, non -functional visuals.And Mr. Mansouri is working the same craftsmanship as these billion -dollar companies.designing, prototyping, and enhancing.And if you like what he does or not, you have to take your hat off to what he has already achieved.

Did you design to start with?

This was your design on a piece of paper, you sketch it?

Yes, yes.

And now you have how many designers?

We have at the moment six people which are working together.All together.We are a team.We understand, we match everything.And that's our success.that we are fast.

We are really fast.You see, we have six projects in a year.

Over the years, the Mansory brand has become very Marmite.Some of the cars which come out of the factory are, well, we could say brave.Without doubt, not everyone's cup of tea.And that is why this brand is so controversial.I think that nearly all of you would agree that this Urus is wildly extreme.And I don't think this would sit right in Redwich parked outside the Harvester.

But when you are an A -list celebrity in LA or a millionaire footballer cruising the streets of London, then this individual look makes you stand out from the crowd.And that is why Mansory is the go -to choice for the rich and the famous.Do you know how many cars Mansory has made from the start?You mean complete?

All together?A couple of thousand.Really?Yeah, yeah.

Big, big numbers.

Yes.In a year, at least 150 cars.And every one different?Every one different.You cannot find one is the same as the other one.It's always something different.

Just 150 cars worldwide a year does make this club extremely exclusive.Especially, as you will see later in this video, Mr Mansoor's cost to manufacture a new design is a big, big pill to swallow.If it was me, I would have a sausage factory, a fast production line to amortize the massive development cost.But this does help to understand why Mansory is such an expensive price point.

And sometimes when your customer chooses a spec, what do you think?

Well, we are happy that we have headache, all of them, all of us, to be honest, because it makes fun.It's not only we are working for the money.No, it's fun.Yeah, yeah, yeah.That's why we are happy if a customer comes, somethinggive us a not possible, which make possible like your car.

Yeah.Yeah.Yeah.Really?Yeah.Okay.

That's going to be, we'll get onto that later.Cause I think I'm excited to find out how and why that journey came because it's been a hell of a story.So how it was born is going to be really interesting.

Yeah.You know, this business is tough.honestly and you have to always be behind and not give up.Always new, always moving forward and improving, improving, improving, developing quality and everything.

Now my car originally was sold to a member of the royal family in Dubai.He wanted a Persang and money was no object, which to me sounds crazy.But apart from those royal prices, Who else is the typical Mansouri buyer?

We have celebrities, soccer players, a lot different.

So the person who has money but wants to be unique, different to everybody else.

As you say, if you have the money, you have to enjoy it.You cannot take it with you.Better in this life than in the other life.Yeah, yeah, yeah, 100%.

It's clear that this is Kuroshi's passion.A designer who will literally make you anything if you have the budget.So of course, with a load of staff all over the world, this is a big company.In fact, ChatGPT says that Mansory turns over £30 million a year.This is huge business and those numbers prove it.So it's irrelevant if you like these cars or not.

there is obviously a huge demand for people who want to have that one -of -one individuality.

And I think there's an ever increasing reason why people want to stand out.

Because in places like Dubai, it's not uncommon to see a Lambo.There is so much wealth that supercars and even hypercars are basicallyjust traffic.For example, if your daily whip is a 300k euros, it doesn't even turn heads.But if you rock up in a car dripping in carbon spoilers and in colours like an explosion in a paint factory, then you stick out.You are not just one of the crowd.

The ultra -rich and ultra -famous have money and lots of it, and many don't want to look like everyone else.Now, some would say money can't buy you taste or class, but what it can do is make you individual.One thing is for certain, with a Mansory, you will never be pulling up to a traffic light next to another version of your car.And maybe that is why these conversions are so expensive.And if you browse the internet, you can find all sorts of body kits, and it's for a fraction of the cost.

So why is there such a big difference?

It's easy to think that these rebadged China kits from Alibaba, Made in China, even Timo, it's all there for the reseller to click by and just add a logo.But my God, this couldn't be any further from that.

Because we make mostly everything in -house.Exhaust system, we make up ourselves, we buy in -house.Leather upholstery is about 300 miles from here.It's our own carbon production, 3D modeling, everything is from our hand.It's in Czech Republic, it's one hour from here away.Unlimited freedom.

Yes, yeah.

So Mr Mansori is telling us that they make it all start to finish here in their own production facilities.This isn't a rebadged cheap Chinese import.And to show us, he took us on a tour behind the scenes and he hit nothing.Well, apart from one car, which we will show you shortly, he allowed us a quick glimpse, a car that in a week will be filling your Instagram feed.The latest car from a brand we can't mention.and the car model you would never be able to guess.

There are a line of processes to get to the end product of a Mansory car, which we will go through now.This company will literally make you anything, even if you just want a one -off, which is just like my car back in 2008.And Qurosh will show us some of the lengths that they went to 18 years ago, which was simply ridiculous.They made parts for my car that, at the time, only Bugatti had achieved.But for now, let's get through the steps, and the first one is design.This is where a dream and a vision go from brain to a piece of paper.

This is a team of six designers of Mansory cars we see on the road today.But the difference is they will speak individually to the customer to sketch and make them any crazy idea that they want.So this now, would this be a customer wants something special?No, this is our project.This is your project?

The next car?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.Because we make them all, everything.So maybe some customer could, let's say, afford and pay.But such a project costs you about half a million euros.

To start?

Yeah, I mean, from start to be finished.Yeah, so that's one.

There is extreme cost to small production numbers.Spending half a million pounds on just design and tooling has to be amortized on the parts that they sell.This isn't huge volume, so even if they sell 10 identical kits, that £500 ,000 will still add a huge £50 ,000.to the finished cost.It's obviously a very expensive and difficult business.But I guess some people, some of your customers, are billionaires.

Yes, some we have, they want to make something owned.Maybe he don't like front or rear or something like that.So we changed him different.We made, for instance, for Jesko, we made some add -on parts for him.Or we made for some other Ferrari cars, hypercars, we made some diffusers you didn't like, we made him a new diffuser.Just for him?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.Can you tell us some of the famous names which people would have heard of?I don't know.Footballers, but yeah, many, but quiet.

But luckily for us, the internet does not hide many secrets.And this shows us off the long list of celebrities who have been to the factory and bought these cars.The obvious one is Marcus Rashford, but also Conor McGregor, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Floyd Mayweather.The list goes on and on of famous people.This is a brand that people want to be seen with, like some, like me. bloody handbags which are in our house.I think that Mansory works because some people want to stand out, to have a car that nobody else has.

But with the exposing on social media, Kirish knows he has to have a product which absolutely millimeter perfect fits.There are so many videos online where you have to butcher a car and that's why Mansory have invested heavily in process number two.scan and fit.

You see special cars, very new.And this makes millimetre perfection.

Yeah.So once Mansory get their hands on the latest brand new car, it gets scanned.Every micro millimetre is stored to create an exact 3D model, which they can then use to design and build with confidence it will all line up.Perfectly.And with the parts designed, it's tooling next.Again, made in -house.

CNC'd milled tooling to make sure every carbon fibre, spoiler, splitter, diffuser comes off the very small production line is perfect.And it's all done by Mansory themselves.They control everything.Also, the interior is made here.The leather, the Alcantara embroidery, laser etching is all done by themselves.Start to finish by their team.

This is extreme craftsmanship.And then another part you would never think is done in -house.But upstairs in one of the warehouses is a hidden gem of engineering.Stuff that I was brought up with.People don't see this.This is..

.This is...Old moulds for the exhaust.

They make all the exhausts, guillotines, presses, tube benders, welders.Start to finish, Mansory.

Now we make a prototype, yeah?So this is first off?First off, moulding, yeah.You know which exhaust it is, the original one?

The Bugatti?Yeah.This is the exhaust of a £10 million hypercar, which we are not able to mention.

This is the Bugatti Mistral.It can only succeed if you make it all by your own, if you make it go outside.

Yeah, I think time -wise and everything.The in -house exhaust manufacturing facility is to simply ensure control of quality and speed.

You'd have no idea the detail.

You'd just think there would be a bought -in exhaust from some different country of lesser pay.But not here.Everything is designed, manufactured, bespoke.And you know, you sort of like think that's expensive.That's why it's expensive.As an engineer, I'm blown away.

Sound like your mum.We have seen from start to finish what it takes to make a Mansory car.We know that they modify cars and we know they go to the extreme.

But what we are about to see proves they literally have no limits.

All of this unique bespoke work takes a standard £200 ,000 Mercedes G -Wagen to a Mansory fully loaded version at a staggering £350 ,000.But why would you stop there when you can do extra special crazy?How about a half a million pound version?

The door handle is different and the door is different.

So, you get Rolls -Royce style suicide doors.

That's a big project to start that for the first time.Yeah, yeah.Big project.It's a big work.I mean, each car takes at least two weeks only to make the door.Just that?

Just that.And then it's not finished because you have to make all the grinding, sanding, painting.It's so much better though.So much better.Yeah.Yeah, of course people don't believe what we are doing don't believe but they're really we make today we see like this is We do all by ourselves

This is so bloody expensive, it's ridiculous.But this isn't a body kit.It's refabricating a G -Wagon, which now would turn every head, even in the posh Dubai streets.But it doesn't stop there.They are making a G -Wagon model that even Mercedes never built.Oh, my God.

So this is the first?

A convertible, which pretty much has nothing standard.Love it or hate it, you have to admire the effort they have gone to.This isn't my cup of tea for sure, but it shows what this brand is capable of.This isn't a bolt -on kit.It's getting a 200 grand car and setting about it with a nine inch angle grinder.To get the safety certificates on this must be so expensive.

Very expensive and difficult.

So with everything designed and made, The next part of this process is where the magic turns into reality.

Here we are in our workshop.So this is strip production.So every brand.

In this room is some of the most beautiful and expensive cars that money can buy.But what's hidden at the back is a whole new level.

Yeah, here at the moment we have Lamborghini, Porsche, Rolls -Royce, Bugatti, which is very extremely confidential.

So we go see that first?

Well, I don't know the reason.Normally they are good people, honestly.They are good people, they are polite, they are helpful normally.But in your case, I don't know what happened.But the reason was, I don't know really.

So now the last process, Qurosh, is going to show us.And maybe the one which will make you love or hate even more.The faded paint schemes are a brave choice.It would definitely restrict its resale.But is that thinking the wrong way?Really, you shouldn't worry about that.

You should buy what you want and live for today.You do everything yourself.

Today we have been lucky enough to see the full process of how Mansory create these masterpieces or monstrosities depending on your opinion.And the prices?Well here is another problem Kurosh faces every day.

Today we're going to be reviewing my 2023 G -Wagon Mansory.Is it the real deal?

no no it's not i'm gonna pay a million dollars for this so i did some more googling and it turns out there are a lot of copies and this one is a fraction and i mean a fraction of the price i own a motocross brand called fro systems and ever since day one we've been copied by factories in china disrespectful blatant infringement of our design rights and i know how frustratingthat can be.

I want to talk as well about how you're copied, how many Mansoris now are not Mansoris.

A lot, a lot.What I see everywhere from the Instagram, how many cars moving, how many people you cannot follow.It's even Nigeria, Nigeria, I saw last week.Romanian, Ukraine, It's crazy.It's impossible.I mean, on one side you are proud that people copy you, because if you show s***, they don't copy you.

But in other cases, you lose the customer, you lose faith, because most dealers, they don't tell you.That's the thing, I wonder how many people think that they are driving a Mansory?I think 50 -50.

Really?

Yeah.The 50 % people, they don't care about.Same as clothes, yeah?You can buy Hermès, fake, and the other one say, no, I don't care, you know?You cannot change the people.The people's mind is different.

Now, real Mansory cars are expensive, but they can hold their value and in some cases even make money, simply because they are so rare.And as we've shown often on this channel, special edition, low -numbered cars can be great investments.And that is pretty much why we are here today.To find out how much Mansory charged the Royal Family.And over the last 20 years, has my car made or lost money?We know that my car new from Bugatti was a million pounds.

But what we don't know is how much the Mansory purse and conversion was.But luckily, we have the main man who typed out that invoice.And we get to see later that Bill, well, he was eye watering.I believe in that time we charged about...Now, I'm pretty sure that one or two cars that you have seen here today are that outrageous, you would rather walk.But what about the original brands who made them?

Who spent millions on designing their cars?And then the Mansory team pretty much ignored that and started again.Does Kurosh ever hear from any of them?I mean, from their solicitors?From everything we hear on the internet, surely a car brand making red cars, which I can't mention in case I get sued, apparently send people Italian based letters.Allegedly.

Don't sue me.Have they tried to sue him?Just asking.I'm sure we all know who I mean, without saying who and getting me into trouble.

Of course, we take care about logo, that we don't put any logo from them as long as we change the engine.And Ferrari, no problem?No, no, no, we have no problem.And everybody believe Ferrari is...Lamborghini, Ferrari, Rolls -Royce.

No, really no problem.I mean, they hate us, they love us.

But what Mansory did with my car was take a Bogo range, Povti spec, 16 .4 base model Bugatti and turn it into a Persa.making an exact copy of their special edition.Literally a mirror image, literally.The original Persangs, they only made five pieces and obviously sold out instantly.And they were 1 .4 million pounds.But how much in total after the conversion was my Mansory Veyron?

Let's show Mr. Mansory my car and see what that bill was back in 2008.So I think you haven't seen this car for 18 years.

Yes, that was the first one and last one because as Bugatti announced five -piece limited Pulsang, so that was sold out like that.So then we had a partner in Abu Dhabi.He had a customer.He wanted in any cost, in any price, a Persang.And he asked me if we can do.I said, I don't know, because this is completely different than our job.

Carbon, OK, the combination, no problem to do.But as polished was.

So this was Mansour's first hurdle.The original Persane had a shiny spoon finish, but this isn't a chrome wrap.This is polished aluminium, and apparently, a very difficult finish to achieve.

As we received the car, we said, which part is aluminium?Which part is not aluminium?Which part is composite?So, finally, we find out what we can do, what we cannot do, yeah?So, if you see, for instance, the front bumper, completely and fully aluminium milled.So, that was one billet piece of metal.

One block.

Aluminium, block, milled.So, a standard Bugatti Veyron has a carbon fibre front bumper, but to replicate the Persang properly, it needed to be made of metal, shiny, polished aluminium.But there was no way of getting that part, apart from making it from scratch.So Mansory bought one huge coffin -sized billet of metal, and I'd imagine spent weeks of machining it to shape.bit by bit until it was a like -for -like Persang metal bumper.That must be so expensive.

At that time, I don't know.We have paid for only the bumper, I believe, 100 ,000 K. Only the bumper.

And the back is the same?

Back the same.This one, I have still one part still here.

A spare?

Yeah.The rear bumper, I know, because these two sides were milled, yeah?

Yeah.So, apparently, there were lots of other parts on my car which were not original metal.So all these parts needed changing to make an exact Bugatti Persone replica.

The rest, it was...I cannot explain to you what kind of work it was, because you have to sand it.

Yes.

And then you must polish it.be the same as a Pulsar car.But we have never seen the car, how it looks like.So we had to only from the picture to see how is the shiny, how is the quality and everything.So starting only from the magazine, internet and so on.But I believe we work only on the sanding, polishing, especially on machine.

We hire people to come here to give us a special tooling, how we can do it.I don't know.I think we have worked on this car over six months.Over six months.But finally, we have really...This is also milled, by the way.

So when I bought this car, you saw that the bare aluminium was covered in stains.a cloudy milky areas, which was basically the aluminium rust.But this metal is polished.It's bare.There is no coating, no cover.It's open to the elements.

So it had oxidized.Bob from the machine shop worked his magic.Luke and Bob spent weeks sanding, polishing, buffing all the oxidization milky areas out.it was perfect literally like a mirror but every day since then bit by bit the cloudy milky finish is coming back and i can tell you it's very frustrating because every time you polish it it just comes back within hours did you lack of this to start with or was it just no no no it's all polished all polished but you know it's in the material in the material of the aluminum So we got headache, really.

Some places it's okay.You see, backside is good.Yes.Here, my door and this.This is material, aluminum, which we could not get why that happened.We had started, we have been bringing so many people, but that was crazy.

I don't know.Did you see any original?No, never.That's why we don't know how it looks.The other car, you know?

I've been told the other car, the original, no cloud.No cloud.No cloud.And that's why I was hoping that maybe...But if you see here also, it's clean.Small cloud, but it's clean.

I was hoping that you'd lacquered it and then after that somebody had rubbed it and made it go cloudy so you had the same problem.

car has been on one hell of a journey.It was originally sold to a dealership in Monaco in 2006, and then it was bought by a member of the Dubai royal family.It initially looked like this, and it lived peacefully in the UAE for two years.But then Bugatti released a very limited Veyron called the Persang, and this is where my car's story really started.The prince in Dubai wanted a Persang, but Bugatti instantly sold all five.So he looked for a modification company to commission a Persang, an exact replica.

Mansouri then spent six months converting it to what it looks like today.Then it was shipped back to Dubai, where it was loved for many years.But 10 years ago, it got imported back to here, the UK, and owned by the same guy who owned Matt Armstrong's Veyron.After a few years, it was sold to a guy called Howdy, and then in 2021, he started to have issues with the gearbox.He used it for a year without reversing.He must have lived on a roundabout.

Fast forward, a load of workshops, and 2026, Mark from Redditch bought it and somehow assembled the most legendary team ever, who worked together to fix and get it to here today.That's some journey for one little car.The shiny spoon finish is amazing, but I've always had my concerns.It's basically a mirror, so it reflects everything.If you park it next to a hedge, the car is green.If you park it next to a port -a -loo, it's blue.

Even if you try and take a photo of this car, you have to be in the shot.So I have a vision to turn this car into my own.A few little tweaks to make it more reddish.My P1, my SVJ and my KTM all have spec modsmake them the cars that I love so much.Don't worry, I'm not turning it matte black.

But this was my idea.This was my vision.This is a big difference, but the colour PPF wrap would make the car more usable.And after all, we live in England and I live down a muddy lane most of the year.

The convert, I believe in that time we charged about 700.

And that was 18 years ago.

Yeah, yeah.Big job.Yeah, big job.But it was for us also a challenge, but we have done it, he was happy.That's almost double the price of the car.That time car was about one million, no?

So my car was a million pound new.And with the Mansory conversion, in British pounds, it stood the owner 1 .6 million.And 18 years on, in the last video, we know it's currently worth around 2 million pounds.So in total, the car has gone up 400 ,000 pounds.And that number is only ever going to go up.Since we started this work trip to Germany, my perception of Mansory has changed dramatically.
