Minor Interstate Stop Leads to a MASSIVE Discovery

On July 6th, 2022, an Arkansas State Police Trooper initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 40 when he observed a white Ford Expedition impeding traffic and drifting across lines. But almost immediately, something didn't quite add up.
