MY BIGGEST GROCERY SHOP IN A WHILE…

Listen, I know I just got groceries about five days ago, but we can eat in my house. I just got to the grocery store and I definitely have the biggest list that I have had in a very long time. Also, yeah, I'm wearing short sleeves, but it's definitely not short sleeve weather. I just preheated my car and lied to myself. Oh, that looks fantastic. I was going to get russet potatoes, but they all have little mold patches.

So we're getting yellow. The kids have been loving broccoli pasta. Peppers for a late night snack salad.

Always check the bottom. I always feel like this brand looks the best. Yeah, that'll last us like two days. Tomatoes are just not looking good today. So we're gonna have to get a few different kinds. Some of these and some of those. And I guess some of these too.

Spinach because I'm trying a new recipe for the kids.

I love anything cranberry, so this is an automatic yes. Okay, I don't know what it is about me and meeting people's moms in the grocery store, but for some reason, I just keep meeting people's moms and they just tell me everything and I love it. The amount of honey that we go through. Remember two weeks ago I met Mima Sour? Well today I met a Nana. I didn't catch her name, just Nana.

Oh, I just remembered we are all out of onion powder. I had actually bought one a couple of weeks ago to replace the one that I ran out of, but it was bad. Like I opened it up and the smell coming off of it. Back to Nana, okay? Okay, listen, I don't really gossip but when Nana's or Mima's want to tell me what's going on I'm I'm sitting and I'm gonna listen to every word of it and listen I promise that I wouldn't repeat anything Nana said but let me tell you the tea was piping hot

I said what I said, I have on my list fun pasta shape for the kids. Okay this week They actually loved these so we're gonna get these again These I love to get just because they have a lid and I'll use this to make the kids pizza throughout the week. I love that it has a lid on it so once I open it I can use it for the rest of the week to make their pizza because we all know that they're having pizza like at least three times a week. Okay, we need some beef broth and also some chicken. And we are all out of pouches which means I'm in trouble. Don't even get me started on this. I wanted to make something and it very specifically said that you needed French butter but all my store has is Irish butter so I'm just hoping for the best,

all right? That's all we can do at this point. Big grilled cheese house. We're back in the pasta aisle because I forgot that I need orzo, lasagna, and spaghetti. I don't know how I just breezed right over that. Please hold, all the boxes are crushed so I am going to go in the back and look for one that's not crushed. Quick stop in the deli. Little hidden gem is these. Yes, it's really easy to make them but it's also really easy just to get those. Not on my list but I know I'm gonna want my turkey chili tacos.

They better have my dumplings, that's all I'm saying. There they are! I got home and realized that these are not the ones that are my favorite. These ones are my favorite. But it also looks like they were sold out, so that's fine. I mean, what a cart. I need a coffee after that.
