NEWLYWED NIGHT ROUTINE!!

This is I feel like pretty controversial some people like to floss after and some people like to floss before I feel dead tired

I think our nighttime routine is literally just gonna be us hopping in bed. That was a mistake on our part other than that

We're starting it a little bit early, but also it's Sunday, so it's kind of like a chill day for us And yeah, we decided to be fun. We could film a little night routine

Yeah, so what we do usually on Sundays is we'll go over to someone's house for dinner Sometimes it's the mic sells when they're home, and then sometimes go over to someone's house for dinner. Sometimes it's the Mike's house when they're home, and then sometimes it's my family's. And today we're going to my family to have dinner with them, which is gonna be so fun. So we're going around a little bit later,

but we thought we would just start the vlog

and show you our new bed,

because we're so excited about it.

We're gonna see it on for the first time and our house is getting so much more Christmas year Christmas Christmas here's Christmas tree little peek on it oh you can't you can't see too much but then also we got our Betty's blankets and stuff and so we're just ready to put our whole bed together yeah and get everything situated so we can finally like live in our new home we got our bedding from

Betty's and we're gonna put it on our and finally let's do it We went out of town right after we got it, and then we didn't wash it

These pillows are basically TikTok viral. The beddies pillow. And it wouldn't be the beddies pillow without the zip. You zip it, then it has like three other pillows Inside of it. So if you want it to not be super firm, you just take it out Like I'm gonna just take out just the front one right here. My pillow would just be a little bit smaller but fluffier

That's how I do my pillow. Oh my god So instead the Betty's to it comes with an extra sheet so once either one gets gross you swap them out And it makes just washing your stuff so much easier And then also this top part comes off so this bottom part can stand because you never really touch this It never really needs to be washed so it makes it a lot easier and quicker in the wash

We are now here at my parents' house. We just had the yummiest dinner. My mom made our famous chicken enchiladas. This is something my grandma used to make and it's just so good. So we had that for dinner. What'd you think of it, Brock?

No Oh, it's like falling apart. Tess, no! This was how our banana brownies turned out. The only thing I would change next time is let the brownies cool for even longer, and then also, we weren't very good at putting our Cool Whip back into the fridge, so it was like kind of warm Cool Whip,

not in a bad way, but it just wasn't like the thick Cool Whip so that was a mistake on our part, but other than that, what'd you guys think? It was super good.

Okay, this is literally probably one of my favorite things ever. This is called the Joey, but it's just a frother. It's my favorite frother ever. My parents had the same one and I went on my mission and usually like frothers die after like a while,

but no, this one was still alive when I came home from my mission, so like 18 months. I just love these ones they last long and they actually stir up so Well with the hot chocolate and just with other things because it's like double the frother if you guys want this frother I'll link it down below because it's literally not even kidding you the best frother Like Roxette I love to have my little whipped cream and cinnamon. I don't know. It just makes me happy

I just love it. So we're gonna put a little bit of whipped cream on it So cute and then some cinnamon but we'll go over the sink for this So now take a little sip, hopefully it's not super hot. Mmm, tastes good.

Jess and I, we literally are always sweating at night and I feel like I'm gonna die every single time I go to bed. So, we cracked the window last night. It felt so good. And it got so cold. And so, I think that's what we're gonna do from now on. My favorite part about it too, is that when she's cold that means she wants to cuddle me so works out great in my case

The next thing I do to wind down and kind of get ready for bed is give us something more comfy also, I brush my teeth and I had a really bad acne when I was younger and Literally, it was just awful I had actually go on acutane and it was like one of the craziest experience of my life because all my acne just like came out and just went away Some of the stuff that it kind of left me with is dry skin So I get super dry skin and my nose you see it's super oily like my face Just you see it's super oily

But ever since Accutane like if I was to go camping and stuff I would be totally fine coming back and I wouldn't like be oily or like greasy at all, but I don't know I think Accutane kind of ruined me that way I literally have no moisture on my face so like during the winter It's a little bit rougher, but I'm glad I went on it. I don't really get acne anymore, so that's nice I wash my face every single day usually it's in the morning. Yeah, that's what my face is looking like right now I might give it a little rinse Just gave me and it's so just a white dove soap bar. This thing is like really the best soap I've ever used in my entire life and I only use this on my face now because it's just like it's gentle and Gets me feeling clean instead of using like those. I don't know like those acne control oil free whatever

This is like the way to go. I promise you Now that my face went through a little bit of a rinse, I'll use some like light moisturizer It's actually kind of thick so I've been using this. Kes has this kind. I've been rocking a lot these past few days I've been stealing it and it is pretty freaking nice. Also don't mind the unibrow. It's coming in just a little bit That's actually Kes's job now that I married her. She's taking control of all my eyebrows and stuff like that So it's her problem. It's not mine anymore

Okay, one of the best hacks that I literally have gotten since being back home Literally, I sleep in my gym clothes because we'll go wake up I'll say my morning prayer and then you go to that surgeon water get a little pre-workout snack And then I'm already in my gym clothes, so I love it makes things super easy and plus I don't have to wear pajamas And then I'd have to do like double the wash if I'm wearing pajamas and stuff. Kes and I just got some of the coolest

Freaking pajamas ever. We got these pajamas on Amazon. I'm gonna be wearing these bad boys for tonight. Throw them on right now

Kes actually bought them for me, and I know they kind of look a little bit goofy guys I promise you if you have a boyfriend, a husband, he will love these. So go cop your boyfriend some matching pajamas. Kes has a pair of these too. Probably the best things ever, but I do know there might not be some fans of these pajamas. My own twin brother, he was slandering me for wearing this, but I think it's great. I feel comfy. Now that we're fitted up, next thing on the agenda is brushing my teeth. You guys didn't know, my brother-in-law,

It has like a bunch of clean ingredients. It has no fluoride. But it also helps you build up and like it helps you strengthen your teeth so they don't get cavities as easily I've actually been using cinnamon because is the season my favorite toothpaste ever All right, Kesley got her jammies spin for me oh We're matching Heck yeah, we need to buy like six more outfits of these so we can match this every single night.

First steps first. I love to floss my teeth before I brush my teeth. This is, I feel like, pretty controversial. Some people like to floss after and some people like to floss before, but I like to floss before because I feel like it gets all the gunk out of your teeth

So we're flossing teeth first. Okay, now I'm gonna brush my teeth. This is the toothpaste I'm using. I'm using a whitening toothpaste just because I feel like my teeth need some whitening, but I do love Oris. The peppermint and this beer mint one because we're out of that So we're just doing whitening right now, and then we'll order some more or later

Okay, next thing after brushing my teeth I wash my face this is the gentle cleanser that I use I've used this for a couple of years But I'm wanting to maybe switch just because I feel like it hasn't been benefiting my skin care recently So if anyone has like good suggestions, let me know I started with this So let's put the gentle cleanser on and get all my makeup. I got these headbands forever ago I need like something else because these are not the most flattering but I use this to push back my hair and also so I can

Get my whole face another thing I use these are the best things ever. I can also link these. They are used to help not have water dripping down your arms. So like, you know how when you're washing your face and then the water just drips down your arms? This prevents that. It stops the water from going down to your arms

and I literally love them just because I get so sick of that. Water going down my arms. So we're going gonna use these they come in like a pack of 12 or something Multiple colors and they're super nice I went to the dermatologist to kind of figure out my Hormonal acne on my cheeks because I've tried everything and it truly like is slowly going away, but not quite

So I got prescribed a certain thing to help and they've kind of helped not fully But I'm still trying to use it just to kind of help it It like goes so clear and so nice and then it's almost my week. The girls went out, you know, you know. But then I start to break out again. So it's just frustrating. I don't know why I break out on my cheeks a lot,

but I'm hoping I can find something to help that because honestly it really is just my cheeks. My forehead kind of broke out a little bit the other day, but other than that, it's like a little bit on my chin,

but just my cheeks.

So trying to figure that out and if I find something that helped me I'll let you guys know but so far we're just doing something as prescribed. Okay, this is so funny So after I use that I usually put on this lotion Just because my face gets so dry after using that but I was like curious I was like it didn't really have instructions on the thing So I was like, okay, I think I just apply it and I'll be good

Well turns out you're not supposed to apply anything on after you apply that Least an hour and I have been putting lotion on like right after Applying that so that probably has not helped at all So we are going to try just applying this and then I'm just not gonna worry about the lotion Probably until tomorrow. I just hate the feeling of my dry face like around my nose, too It's like the worst but we're just gonna suck it up for tonight and to see if that will actually help

Next I put a little bit of aqua for on just to help my ch chopped lips and then to end it off I have my mouth guard because I have problems grinding my teeth at night So I do use a little mouth guard to help me not grind my teeth as much and yeah Hopefully I can also get that figured out. I swear I have so many things wrong
