this happens during a time when he had his taco cart outside a subway station in Mexico City. He tells us that many people underestimate the sale of tacos, and he makes it very clear to me, despite the fact that there is already a lot of competition, the truth is that this business leaves and will continue to leave if you know how to do things right. You know how to have this seasoning, this love for food, for preparing food. I think it makes you different from the rest. It has this part, this magical essence, this intention. He tells us that for a long time, Enrique was doing well.

as it was so much, of eating it. And it was more expensive because he got sick, and a series of things. He says that one night, the sales were there, more or less, it was like two in the morning. He says that the taco stand was alone,
