NTSB Releases Image of UPS MD-11 Black Box

The NTSB has now released images of the black boxes that were on board the UPS MD-11 that crashed. This image shows us both the cockpit voice recorder here on the left, as well as the flight data recorder. You can even see the model of it here on the right. Now, these may look very charred and damaged, especially if we look up here, but that's exactly what these things are designed to withstand. So, getting data from them, them hopefully shouldn't be an issue.
