Sen John Thune STORMS OUT after Trump’s SHOCK Endorsement DESTROYS GOP Establishment!!!

And he said, quote, Ken Paxton has my complete and total endorsement to be the next United States senator from the great state of Texas.

Ken Paxton will never, ever let you down.

Now, listen to what Trump specifically cited as his reasons for his decision.It wasn't just personality.It wasn't just loyalty.

He named two specific policy failures on the part of establishment Senate Republicans, of which John Cornyn is a part.

The Save America Act, Trump's number one legislative priority, which would mandate proof of citizenship to vote, and which polls, by the way, 87 % support, even among Democrats, and the Senate filibuster, which John Thune has repeatedly refused to nuke in order to push Trump's agenda through.In other words, Trump just endorsed against a sitting incumbent senator because Thune and the GOP establishment could not deliver on the most basic items of the MAGA agenda.Make no mistake, this endorsement was retribution against that.Axton himself played it perfectly.Remember, he offered to drop out of the Senate primary some months back if Cornyn agreed to nuke the filibuster and pass the Save America Act.

Now, Cornyn kind of limp -wristedly tried.I don't think he did his best, but he did finally flip on getting rid of the filibuster in order to pass the Save Act, but his fellow Rhino Republicans refused.

And so in failing to pass either of those legislative priorities, Trump just absolutely gut punched the RINO establishment and endorsed an incumbent senator's primary challenger.

And the betting markets captured the moment instantly.Before the endorsement, Ken Paxson was sitting at roughly about 48 % odds on prediction markets.Within hours of Trump's true social post, Paxson shot up to nearly 100%.Cornyn collapsed to single digits.That's not a campaign shift.That's total annihilation.

One endorsement.One post.Done.Senate Leader John Thune.looked visibly shaken after hearing the news of the bombshell endorsement.The National Republican Senatorial Committee, the very machine Thune controls, poured millions of dollars into Cornyn's campaign to prop up one of their own establishment senators in a Republican primary.

And reports are now coming in that Thune is, quote, very, uh, actually the word is severely upset.He's very disappointed.He was apparently caught completely off guard by the endorsement.And in his response, the reporters, I mean, you could hear the barely concealed you know, rage as he had to admit that he literally had no control over the party and he certainly had no control over President Trump.And make no mistake, Thune was visibly shaken because he now understands what every other establishment Republican is being forced to confront.He is on notice.

He and they are on note.It's not just the Cornyn race.It's not just the Save America Act.Thune himself is up for re -election in 2028 in South Dakota.And Trump just told him in the clearest possible terms, you're next.I'm coming for you next.

So you better get the Senate in line with the MAGA agenda or you're going down.Thune keeps saying, I don't have the votes, I don't have the votes.And Trump's response is find different votes.Change the rules.You always find a way.stop being such a wussy pushover for the establishment.

Now, meanwhile, for his part, the incumbent, John Cornyn, has basically conceded defeat.He's suspended his campaign.He knows it's over.He's canceled all his campaign events.And it looks like he's resigned himself to taking his place with Tom Tillis and Bill Cassidy and all the other rhino establishment for a moment.that are now on the ash heap of history.

Now, unfortunately, we do have to address perhaps the most ridiculous absurdity that came out of Trump's endorsement of Ken Paxton, and that's this notion that the Democrat, the ultra -woke nut Talarico, now actually has a chance to win.Right?So the claim here is that Paxton is a weak candidate.Even John Cornyn said that now the Texas Senate race that was safe with him is now up for grabs.Betting markets were giving Tallarico the edge.Let me just put this all to bed for you right now.

By the way, this silliness, if you don't know, it's being spread by the Cornyn campaign, which he basically admitted.Surrogates for John Cornyn.and now doing everything they possibly can to politically damage Ken Paxson.It's not going to work, but that's what establishment rhinos do.This is what the Karl Rove wing of the Republican Party, which was founded in Texas, Rove is from Texas, that's what this Karl Rove wing does.It either wins or it attempts to destroy the populist movement that beat them, like they've tried to do against Trump for the last 10 years, right?

But this is very simple, this is very straightforward, and I just want you to put this to bed.Since 2012, 91 % of Senate races have been won by whichever party carried that state in the most recent presidential election.And the 2024 cycle completed that process entirely.Every single state Trump won by double digits now has two Republican senators.I'll say that again Every single state that Trump won by double digits2024 now has two Republican senators, leaving zero Democrat holdouts in deep red territory.

Trump carried Texas by 14 points in 2024, and Texas Republicans have won every single statewide race for 30 consecutive years.The historical odds against Talarico winning are utterly overwhelming.The most optimistic Democrat scenario is a beta -style sort of near -miss, keeping it within single digits, but a win would require a level of ticket splitting that is essentially vanished from American politics in a state that hasn't elected a Democrat statewide in over 30 years, since 1994.So don't even take that nonsense seriously.Tolerico is going down in flames.But what What I do want you to take seriously is what Trump actually just did with the Paxton endorsement.

He just changed the Republican Party permanently.Wait until you see this.

I mean, think about what he actually was in 2016, right?He had no party infrastructure.He had no donor network.He had no establishment support.The GOP beltway machine spent hundreds of millions of dollars trying to stop him.from the Never Trump movement, to the Access Hollywood tape, to the GOP establishment, literally changing convention rules to try to deny him the nomination.

He was running against 16 opponents and the entire Republican Party apparatus simultaneously.And what happened?He won.He won overwhelmingly, because he didn't represent the Republican Party as the establishmentpresented it.He instead represented the people who felt they had been abandoned by the Republican Party.

And then in 2020, when he lost, the establishment Republicans, people like John Cornyn, who said on camera in 2023 that Trump was essentially irrelevant, couldn't win in November.They thought that era was over.They thought MAGA was a blip.They thought the old GOP would reassert itself.The Liz Cheney's, the Mitt Romney's, the Bill Cassidy's, the John Cornyn's.They all thought we just got to wait them out.

Donald Trump won 312 electoral votes.He won the popular vote, the first Republican to do so since 2004.He won with 6 .4 million votes in Texas alone, the most ever cast for any candidate in the state's history.And as he came back into office, he came back not as a guest in the Republican establishment's house.No, he came back as the owner.He came back to complete what he started, the total permanent transformation of the GOP from an establishment run donor class vehicle into a working class, America first, populist national movement.

And that transformation is now playing out in real time, in primary after primary, in state after state.Bill Cassidy got 25%.the vote in Louisiana in what analysts called arguably the worst primary showing by a sitting senator since the end of World War II.Tom Massey got obliterated in Kentucky.Marjorie Taylor Greene literally quit.She raged quit and ran away.
