Chris, let me gather myself a second. Charlie was a, he was a friend, not just, not just acquaintance. And so it's a little tough. My family's taking it pretty rough. Sorry Chris, I didn't think, I thought I could hold it together. Give me one second here.

This stuff shouldn't happen.

You know what a lot of people don't realize is that Charlie didn't make laws. I mean, literally the guy gave an opportunity for the opposing views to be heard. He went to the campuses where most politicians wouldn't even consider going, literally wouldn't even consider going, and he had an open debate. He gave an open platform for those with opposing views to have honestly a safe conversation in their backyard. He didn't, he didn't belittle any individuals.

He talked about facts. The Jew said, well, ago, it wasn't, it wasn't emotions he visited with. He talked about facts and he gave that opportunity to individuals to speak on their beliefs. And because of his beliefs, he was killed. Because of his strong Christian stance, he was killed. And I'm not trying to point fingers here, but let me just say something here real quick.

He was a Christian and Christians are under attack right now from this far crazy left views that say they don't feel safe. Well, they're the ones going in and shooting up our schools and shooting up our churches and shooting people that they don't agree with like president Trump and now Charlie Kirk. The temperature is too high and now we're taking loved ones away from their families because you oppose his views. He was just someone giving you an opportunity to speak and you think his views are so bad

you have to eliminate him, you have to kill him, you have to take him away from his wife and his kids. This is completely unacceptable. I mean, what has happened to us in a country that we can't even have an open debate now, Chris?

Senator, I'm with you on that and I have to suggest that perhaps it has been the complacency of the Republican Party that has allowed the left wing to continue to push. They push further, they push further, and they push further, and the Republican Party retreats and retreats and retreats. And it is our people on the streets, whether it's in a light subway car or a train in Charlottesville, North Carolina, or whether it's on a stage

having a conversation about policy in Utah, the left wing sees the conservatives being abandoned by the Republican Party and it's open season on us. Do you think there could be now some inspiration in Congress for maybe those who call themselves Republicans

or actually claim to be Republicans that might actually start defending us from these people. Chris, this has nothing to do with Republicans and how they behave. This is how the Democrats are behaving. This is when you have Democrat leaders calling for people to go to the streets. This is how, when Democrat leaders are calling for violence against ICE agents or calling for blood to be spilt on the streets. This is, this comes from the rhetoric from the far left who's been stirring the pot so long. I mean, you go back to already to 2015 when they were calling president Trump a Nazi, which they still do to this day, saying that he was a threat of democracy. This goes all the way

back to Maxine Waters who was screaming. This goes back to when the Democrats were trying to impeach the president, which I mean, obviously they did, but he wasn't convicted. This goes back to them stirring the fire of their base, stroking the fire of their base and not, and not being apologetic about it and making them fear the opposition so much that they think they had to turn to violence at the same time, accusing Republicans of them doing it. So this has nothing to do with Republicans and how they behave. This has to do with the

way the Democrat leadership has stirred up their base and has went too far. And every single one of those Democrats that have come out and has called for violence to take place, for riots to happen on the streets, for blood to be shed, every one of those Democrats should be going on national TV right now and apologizing.

Well, Senator, I'm with you. And I believe that it's not the far left fringes anymore. It's mainstream on CNN and mainstream on MSNBC and it's mainstream among the Democrats in elected office. Look, I want to brace you for this. I'm going to put up a picture. I'm not sure if you have a monitor there, but look, I know how emotional this is for you, and conservative actor James Woods writing this on True Social, this is what they hate. And there's a picture of Charlie and his wife, his wife and his kids.

And Senator, you know, we should have the right to disagree in this country with the American left and not have it come to this. True?

And what that picture represented right there, Chris, was traditional Christian values, conditional or traditional American values to which the far left, the far crazy left, I'm not saying all Democrats, I'm saying the far crazy left has now demonized and say they fear that traditional photo that you just showed. And they were willing to take that guy's life because of it. Not because he was a lawmaker, not because he was trying to change the constitution. It's just simply because they disagreed with his political views and his Christian stance.

And it is, it absolutely breaks my heart. It breaks my heart for his family, for his kids and all of us that had the privilege to actually call him a friend.

Sir, I, I, I couldn't concur with you more. And I would point again, right back to the left-wing

extremists you and I have been talking about, those who have passed policies, those who have rendered judgments from the bench. They are virtue signaling their love for criminals and for crime, Senator, and it is our people in the streets that are paying with their lives. Your response.

When people don't fear their consequences, then there's nothing that stands between the destruction of morality in this world, and especially in this country. And people do not fear the consequences of their actions right now because you have prosecutors that are not prosecuting. You have police that aren't allowed to do their job. You have judges that are, that are literally making their own decisions from the bench that not punishing criminals, but apologizing for their behavior because of white privileges that have taken place in their society.

And somehow it's somebody else's fault, but their own own and I'm not exaggerating by what I'm saying. This has happened from benches across the United States and this shouldn't take place. When people are not afraid of the consequences, there's nothing that prevents them from going to this depth of criminal activity and absolute outright murder.
