When the biker was waiting for the tow truck to be done, a lady from the back of the line walked up to the biker asking if he can move out the way so they can go, but the biker tells her he can't since it would be unsafe for the tow truck, and when she still wouldn't tells her he can't since it would be unsafe for the tow truck, and when she still wouldn't listen, things escalated and de-escalated pretty fast.
