I've got to be honest, I actually think this is the right thing for Liverpool to do.I've been talking about this for quite a while.Iriola is now the favourite.I think It bothers me as a United fan because I think it's absolutely the right thing to do for Liverpool.I'm disappointed that they've done it in that sense, but it's absolutely the right thing for them to do.The football was bad, the vision was bad, the players were unhappy.

It was clearly going to go wrong next season and that's why as a United fan I wanted them to stick with him.So look, I think they've made the right decision.This is that's football.It's definitely the right decision.It's definitely exciting for Liverpool I'll talk about areola in a minute because I absolutely think he's the right player to I think he's the right manager to go for But look on a slot did a good job at Liverpool.I mean we should be distracted We shouldn't be disrespectful.

He did a good job winning a Premier League title, but last season was disgusting and 20 losses poor football absolute chaos you know, players that are leaving, players that had left, I think the excuses ran out and every big football club must have standards and I've said this at Man United, I think it's the same at Newcastle, it's certainly Liverpool, there's a standard and the standard hadn't been met and Chelsea got rid of Jose Mourinho four months after winning a title, so like you can sack a manager Real Madrid have done this for years.So I think Liverpool had a right to sack him.I think they wanted to keep him, probably similar to Sir Jim Radcliffe wanting to keep Amrin, but then it just got out of control.And I think with Slott, maybe the board wanted to keep him, but I think logically people look inside and go, look, this is not going to go that well.So big news, because I think Liverpool were wanting to double down and keep him, butjumping in on my video.

But I think it's I think it's a really good decision by Liverpool ultimately.And I think that's verified by the fact that as a United fan, I absolutely don't I'm not happy about it.But as a football fan, I think it's the right thing to do.And it makes Liverpool really exciting next season, of course.As for Iriola, this is double bad news for me because I think with Iriola, I actually tweeted it a few weeks ago.People can, you know, let me know about that.

But I can't remember when I said it, but I think with Liverpool, they...Sorry, with Iriola, I did say a few weeks ago that I think that it's a...I think he's an excellent manager and I think he's almost signing of the summer when it comes to managers.I think that it's such a good deal to get Iriola, if it's going to be Iriola, I don't know whether it will be or not, but if it's going to be Iriola I think it's such a good deal to do because His style of football is so good and he will play that.I disagreed with Man United ruling him out.I really did.

I think that he has, you know, Jurgen Klopp was at Dortmund, Jose Mourinho was at Porto, Sir Alex Ferguson was at Aberdeen.This nonsense that, you know, is he ready for that sort of step up?I mean, why not?Why not?He might do better with better players.And also, I think Liverpool are going to be hungry.
