Storytime! I FORCED myself to cry?!

When I was a kid, I had a presentation that required me to cry on command, but I didn't know how to do that.However, I did remember that the juice from onions made you cry when you cut them.So at lunchtime, I ran to the store and picked up an entire bag of yellow onions.When I got back to my drama class, I proudly showed my teacher what I had done.

She looked at the onions and bluntly asked me, Remy, what are you planning on doing with all those?Well, I thought I would cut them and rub them around my eyes to make myself cry.She just stared at me, so confused, before calling out, you can just act?Like, pretend to cry?That's literally the whole point.To this day, I still overcomplicate things unnecessarily.
