Good morning, everyone.It is bank holiday Monday.Starting the week, 25th of May, 8 .58.We've already been up, had breakfast.I've actually been up since four.Bowden decided to wake up at 4 a .

m.and been up ever since.

It is extremely hot today, so I decided this morning I'm gonna make ice cream.That's okay.We've all had a little bit of a cold.Actually, I would say I got it the least because today I feel absolutely fine, but I have been taking this.It's called Sisterly.I got sent it actually, and it's called The Elevator, The Smarter Way to Supplement Energy, Immunity, Hormonal Balance and Beauty.

So it comes in a little sachet.Is that how you say it?Sachet?Sachet?Sachet?I have no idea.

Like this, it's powder form, which I kind of prefer.to taking loads and loads of tablets because this has vitamin, it's got magnesium, vitamin c, b12, folate, zinc, copper, vitamin dc, i just said that, vitamin b6, biotin, zinc, so basically all of the supplements and minerals.I have it with a little bit of 100 % orange juice.Anywho, i'm gonna make today some ice cream and put it in the freezer so that later on I'll be like, oh my God, remember I made that ice cream?I'm gonna make frozen yogurt, right?Because I did try the whole cottage cheese ice cream and it's not the one.

It's not the one.I have to be honest there.It really, it had a bit of a tang to it.Some people might love it, but it wasn't for me.So I'm gonna make it with Greek yogurt, mango, some strawberries.I'm just gonna whiz it all together, put it into a container and freeze it really.

There we go.That's what else I wanted to tell ya.Joe bought me these as a birthday present.These things, I don't know what you would call them.Pegs, and they're so good for pegging up your food.Genuinely, they have been game changers.

So what my mum does is when she's like organizing the plants before she plants them, she does this, right?So she just puts them in like that.the one that got taken out is the only one she was like i can't believe i forgot to take it out of the thing yeah then a fox got it yeah because it was a smaller one she said it kind of went in and she thought it she'd taken it out already so don't worry we we know we have to take it out that was just a mistake so oh wow is that what you do that's what i do so how do you take them out of the pots just like this um also guys so i go like that and then feel around it yeah and then water it there you go the water I think that pot might be a little bit too small.Do you think?

But it's alright for now.If it struggles we'll put it in a bigger pot.

Starting off my morning with something I've been very obsessed with lately and that is peanut butter, cottage cheese and banana on sourdough toast.It's not my own sourdough but I do need to make another batch today actually.Well when I say today, I've got to start the process today.I keep forgetting to make the starter at night and if I don't do that then obviously I can't even begin the process however if i did start the process last night it would have been a disaster well not a disaster but i wouldn't have been able to do it today anyway because today we are going to film or not film but record the voiceover work for our tv show that we filmed when i was pregnant with little one that's right here in front of me happy tuesday if you've not sorry i know i've got food for the mouth a mouthful of food.If you've not tried this combination before, try it.You won't regret it.

But it was really fun, and watching the actual TV show, because we had to watch it to be able to do some of the voiceover stuff, It's really cool.I'm really happy with how it's turned out.So it's very exciting.And we have one more day to do tomorrow, and then it should be finished.We managed to get two episodes in the can today.In the can?

I've made myself a coffee and I've come down to the gym to get started on my day because Baldin's still in bed.He's still sleeping and I'm like, when you are still sleeping, I'll leave you with daddy because daddy loves to sleep in the morning as well.He's very hit and miss at the moment.He either wakes up at four or he wakes up at like 7 .30.Anyway, enough of the sleep talk.I'm going to get my workout done now because it's still very, very hot out there.

If you are in the butterfly clip era, let me know in the comments because I'll tell you what, it was definitely my era.a day's work of a day's work of done i was about to say anyway a day of work has been done we are now home but it's 5 30 so most of the day has literally passed uh i'm thinking of what to make for dinner and i think what i'm going to do is use up some veg that i've got in the fridge i have bought a lovelybroccoli and I'm gonna do a pasta bake.I've got some, this is the buckwheat pasta and I've got some tomato and basil pasta sauce.So I'm gonna honestly do like a really quick pasta bake but with lots of vegetables in it.So that's what we're gonna make now.

I don't have a recipe.I'm just gonna wing it to be honest with you.I mean, I don't think you can really go wrong with pasta bake, can you?I don't know.We'll see.I'm just walking you through what I've done here because, I mean, it seems too simple and too good to be true, but I've literally just got pasta.

Pasta, who am I?I'm so English.Pasta, and I have not cooked it, put it straight in there.I've cut up some broccoli, some cauliflower, and mushrooms, and put, just chucked all that in.And now, all I'm gonna add Meanwhile, Jo is singing Titanic to Bowdoin when the ship goes down.Now I'm gonna add tomato sauce with a full thing of water, boiling water by the way.

I'm gonna give all that a mix.That was the quickest pasta bake ever.I'm gonna now chuck it in the oven.Got it on 180 and probably put it in there for like half an hour.I'll let you know how it goes.So I've actually already eaten mine, as you can see.

Then I went for a walk with Bowdoin whilst Jo went to the chiropractor.um but i didn't give a review on it my honest review it actually would be better with normal pasta but we had buckwheat andwe'll see what Joe says.For me, it was like a five out of 10 seaweed.Do you like it?

It's the end of our Wednesday and we've had our bath, put him to bed.He's next to me in the next to me crib with his little shusher on.Every time I look over at him though, he smiles and he's like, oh, it's playtime.I had a moment before I was feeding him and just looking up at me. I was really cuddling him and I just said, I love you so much.And he kind of like replied.He did his little, but he really looked at me right in the eyes.

And I swear he said back, I love you.I mean, he didn't, but started tearing up.I was like, this is just, I'm so lucky.I'm so lucky.He had me even now in my thoughts.He just melts my heart.

I'm so lucky.Joe and I are just so grateful to have such a beautiful little boy.We love you.Miwei.see you all tomorrow um good morning it's the 28th at 9 52 a .mm and it's another glorious day out there another bloody glorious day we don't have to go into work today we've actually finished all our voiceover work and i really enjoyed it i thought i was gonna bloody hate it i'm not gonna lie today we're home we're gonna go for a nice little walk now with bowie me joe and bowie and i want to get some bits to make a nice fresh summer salad for dinner because i love a salad but i like to change it up a bit so i'm gonna go for a crunchy sort of a more of a Asian -y salad today, so I've got all the ingredients and we're gonna go down get some fresh fruit and veg Maybe have it with some chicken and that will be tonight's dinner.

joys of having hay fever.how cute is this little tennis dress?I got this last year from Primark.It's a little Primark -y dress, but I just love it.It's so, so, so comfortable, and I remember buying this when I was preggers.and the reason i liked it is because it sort of doesn't sit completely flat against the tummy so i remember going to rehearsals when nobody knew that i was pregnant and wearing this dress thinking oh my god do you think people can tell i had zero bump at that point as well but yeah i really like it my little tennis dress now it wouldn't be a vlog if we didn't come into a charity shop yes we were in a charity shop one of my favorite ones actually look what i found Very much into my eyes to matches these last few days and I just got one but look at the packaging I say packaging but the cup holder it's made out of a oat milk a carton which i think is very clever i'm sure it happens it's a really clever idea that is recycling at its best

but I'm sure it happens at a lot of coffee places but I just thought it was very very cute idea and Joe got a flat white mmm he put in this a little bit of coconut syrup he said I've got coconut milk and a dash of coconut syrup which I've not normally get the syrups but he said I had to try it and it's very good he's got a bit of coconut syrup in it Gorgeous.We have just got back.I've put all the stuff away.I've kept everything out that I need for my crispy Thai salad, which I'm excited to make later.I think I've got all the things.If I don't, I'll have to just make do with what we've got.

Also, I need to show you what we got from the charity shops.I'll start with the books that we got because they're very cute.How adorable is this?This is a Disney Knits book.Basically weighs, not that mean Joe Knit at all, but I thought it was so cool.It shows you all these amazing Disney knits, and it's so old school and old fashioned, but what a cool book to have.

If anyone does knit, I mean, how cute is that?Actually adorable.Jo found this.We got a couple of cookbooks.I got the Leon Naturally Fast Food Cookbook.So I might have to choose something from that to make.

I also got Gordon Ramsay's Healthy Appetite book.It's another one that would be good to make something from.Because honestly, so hard to think of different meals every single day, genuinely is.So the more ideas I can get, the better.Then we got just a few little bits.I ended up getting this, by the way.

I know it doesn't really match my hair color right now, but that's just because my hair hasn't been done.But when I've done my hair, that'll look really cute.Hair down with that braid.Love it.And I got Balden, just some little shorts.These are literally 25p.

But with this hot weather, I realized I've got no little shorts for him.So I got him a little spotty pair, probably a little big at the moment, these ones.What does that say?Doesn't actually have their age on there.Oh, no, it does.12 to 18 months.

So yeah, probably a bit big for now.These ones will fit him.These are zero to three months, but just a little pair of shorts.And I got these shorts for me. I like these.Hopefully they fit me because they are a size small.And they're not as small as I used to be.

They come like this to put on my bread because I think it would look really pretty.Take it up a notch, you know?But I realized I've already heated the oven up and I realized you need to heat the Dutch oven up with the oven.You need to put the Dutch oven in the oven to heat it up.So I'm not going to use the Dutch oven this time.I'm just going to use the normal oven.

I'm up to layering up my lasagna.

I've already done a layer of the meat, which I've just done meat, onions, carrot, pepper,and garlic with some tinned tomatoes.This, we went for like a healthier version, and I did cottage cheese.I also did Greek yogurt with some Parmesan cheese.So that's my white sauce.Layer of the sauce, layer of sheets, layer of cheese, and then I'll continue the pattern on.

I totally winged how long my bread was in the oven for, but it looks good.

It doesn't look too bad, and look at the pretty flowers on it.

It looks really cute.However, I don't know what the inside will be like, and it does appear to be stuck to the tray.But once it's cooled down, I'll cut a piece, and I'll show you what it looks like inside.Mum, before she left, wrote a recipe in my recipe book, and it is to do stewed apple, because she does the best stewed apple, and it's honestly so, so good with yogurt.And I have about, five apples I need to use up and I've had them sitting there to do this stewed apple for ages and I don't want to throw them out so I'm going to make stewed apple straight after this and then I'm done in the kitchen because it's bloody hot.Okay so here is my bread now guys it looks good and the flowers in it is actually so cute like that is cute isn't it?
