Tricking my MOM into eating foods she DOESN’T LIKE

Today I'm gonna trick my mom into eating three foods that she doesn't like. The first food we're gonna trick my mom into eating is a beet. There's a lot of people who don't like beets and my mom is one of those people. The issue with beets is that they're very difficult to fully hide in a food because as you can see, they're very bright and colorful. So even though making a lemon and beet hummus incorporates the beets flavor very well, I'm not gonna be able to give my mom a plate of beet hummus because she's not colorblind and I think she would notice the beets in here. But don't worry because I have an idea.

You see, another food my mom doesn't like is curry powder.Hot take for sure, but it's not a problem because my mom does love it when I make Taiwanese -style fried chicken using sweet potato starch as the breading. And I think this fried chicken will taste really well when it's seasoned with curry powder, Korean chili flakes, and salt. Then what I can do is take a pretzel bun, spread on some of that beet hummus we made, and add the fried chicken. But I'm still not done because I want to trick her into eating one more food that she doesn't like. You see, sometimes my mom likes cabbage when it's served raw in like coleslaw, but she really doesn't like cooked cabbage.

So, of course, I'm cooking some cabbage for her.I also added some red onions to this mix and seasoned it all with sumac for a nice tangy flavor. And now we can add this to our sandwich full of many things that my mom doesn't like eating and let's see if she likes it.
