Heroes are powerful versions of familiar cards. Each one with a unique ability that, when activated, can change the course of a battle.

Like champions, that ability costs Elixir.

Hero Musketeer deploys a turret that locks onto troops. Great for keeping them busy.

Hero Knight activates a defensive shield, taunting enemies to draw their fire and protect your push.

And Hero Giant grabs the enemy troop with the highest HP and throws it into the opposite lane.

Hero Mini P.E.K.K.A. eats up pancakes to level up. The longer you wait, the more pancakes he cooks.

Heroes live in their own deck slots, just like evils, but they share their slots with champions.

That means you can combine evolutions and heroes in the same deck, but you can only bring two heroes or champions into battle, so choose wisely.

You'll unlock your first hero slot at Arena 15, and the second one at Arena 25.

You'll be able to earn your very first hero during the special event for free.

But what about Hero Mini Pekka?

He's coming with the December Pass Royale.

You can grow your collection with Hero Fragments, available in the brand new Hero Boxes. They can be found on Pass Royale's free track and in special events.

Every box fills your progress bar, and when it's full, you'll unlock a new random hero.

Showdown incoming! Before the update drops, some of your favorite creators will face off in the first ever tournament featuring heroes.

Expect live battles, unfiltered reactions, and a few broken crowns along the way.

Yep. Once you hit the latest level and start getting extra cards, those copies turn into crystals. They're used for cosmetics. Basically, the currency of pool.
