So big news coming down the pipe today. And yes, it does have to do with Donald Trump and it does have to do with Mark Carney and the apparatus around these two individuals and the decision of one oil country.UAE saying buh -bye to OPEC and we'll be discussing what that means and the ramifications of it.And quite frankly, what it does is it continues to empower DC continues to weaken globalization and those trying to lead it and Well, let's just say energy dominance is upon us and that cold war between the likes of US and China is starting to get more and more real. And we're slowly inching closer to potential hot war between those two countries. And yet, Mark Carney's hedging his bets saying China's the way to go through all of this uncertainty.

Oh baby, we're going to get into all of it.Welcome to the Elevate Report.I'm your host, Josh. Now let's get into our first story, shall we?UAE leaves OPEC in blow to global oil producers group United Arab Emirates on Tuesday said it was quitting OPEC, dealing a blow to the oil producers group as an unprecedented energy crisis caused by the Iran war exposes discord among Gulf nations. The exit of the UAE, one of the group's biggest producers, weakens OPEC's control over global oil supplies and winds a rift between the UAE and its neighbor Saudi Arabia, effectively the leader of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries.

1:32

It could also free the UAE to increase output once exports via the gulf resume as it would no longer be governed by OPEC quotas. In his first public comment since the announcement, UAE Energy Minister Suhail Mohammed told Reuters in a telephone interview that the decision was taken after examining the country's energy strategies. He said the UAE had not discussed the issue with any other country. This is a policy decision. It has been done after a careful look at current and future policies related to low -carbonproduction," Maseroy said.

2:02

UAE will leave on May 1st.He also said the world would demand more energy, implying the UAE would be positioned to meet that need.Oil prices on international markets trimmed gains on Tuesday following UAE's announcement. It would, on May 1st, leave OPEC and OPEC +, which brings together OPEC and allied producers. So similar.to what we have in Canada in the dairy cartel is OPEC is an alliance that has a huge hand in controlling oil global oil prices and after all the chaos that's been happening in Iran and the attacks that have taken place on the various countries in that region Well, something like this was naturally going to come.

2:43

CBC did a quick little interview on this and we'll let them speak and then I'll kind of break down exactly what we're hearing and seeing.

2:49

UAE is saying we want a more independent political path on energy crises as well. What does this mean though for Canada?

2:59

So in general, it would mean that the market might be a bit more volatile and that you are seeing some of the OPEC members wanting to produce more, which in a normal sense would be bad for Canada. We're competing with them. But the markets are so changed right now that I think Canada has obviously the best opportunity to get as much market share as it possibly would want. And so in the short and medium term, I don't see how it affects Canada. If in a few years you get some resolution to energy markets and you do have more supply than demand, then that would be maybe a problem that you're having. You know, there's again, less discipline.

3:36

But overall, for me, this is just one more sign of this new geopolitical era we're in where multilateral organizations and alliances don't matter as much. It's really, you know, a kind of a Hunger Games dog eat dog world out there.Everyone doing it for themselves. Here's another example of that.

3:52

So that's kind of the breakdown of what we are currentlyseeing. As of this new geopolitical era we are now experiencing.Donald Trump, the Donald Trump factor is having quite the impact. His move in his first term with the Paris climate agreements was just, just the little bit of appetizer for what we're gonna be seeing during this second term.He essentially is making moves that is forcing the hand of so many that is effectively breaking down these global alliances and restructuring them to align more with U .

4:30

S.interests.Donald Trump has been on record saying how much he really doesn't like OPEC.And he hasn't liked OPEC because essentially that they operate on a quota system, capping how much that they produce, which is not exactly helpful for the United States.U .S.

4:46

would prefer that they don't have quotas that they produce as much as they so please so the U .S.can buy it and continue to exert dominance on the world stage. That's what Donald Trump would prefer to happen.Because right now, the leaders of OPEC would be Russia, Saudi Arabia, effectively get to impact what the price of oil is across the globe, allowing them to fund wars and strengthen their countries, which you know, at the end of the day, Russia's a big adversary of the United States. So if you were able to break someone apart from OPEC and you were able to align them with your country, in this case, the United States, you get to increase the supply of oil into your country, bringing down the oil price, thus breaking down the stranglehold the likes of Saudi Arabia and Russia have on global oil prices in the world.

5:38

So what's happening right now is Iran war erupts.Iran starts attacking all these countries on top of the issue of your country being decimated. So you need to figure out a way to rebuild. And that's what UAE is doing right now.is there's like, okay, we need to remove the caps and we need to remove ourselves from the situation so that we can sell as much as possible and start rebuilding our country. On top of that, their OPEC neighbors, their OPEC alliances did nothing to protect them from the likes of Iran.

6:07

So likely what we're going to be seeing is in the coming days, we're going to see, obviously today we see the fact that UAE is pulled out of OPEC.Next, they're going to be trying to secure a deal with the United States on energy in exchange for security for their country, forcing them to continue selling their oil in U .S.dollars rather than changing course and selling their product in Chinese yuan. That is what we're witnessing right now. This is a big geopolitical move.

6:39

And again, another situation where the results of the impact of what's happened in Iran is now strengthening the United States more and continuing to weaken China. And by weakening China, it's now forcing the hands of the globalists like Mark Carney, Keir Starmer, Macron. It's now forcing their hand because they were really mad at Donald Trump. How dare you blow everything up?How dare you put tariffs on us?How dare you try to leverage us because we put ourselves in this situation?

7:14

How dare you do what you've done? How dare you mess up what we're doing in terms of the managed decline of the West? You can't be doing this.Stop messing up our plans. So because of what you're doing, we're just going to go China instead. And now it seems like every move Trump makes continues to weaken China on the global stage, leaving the globalists with very few options other than to bend the knee to the United States and succumb to the will that globalization is done and the United States will be

7:45

dominant once again.is securing more, is forcing the world to depend more on the United States, less on global alliances, giving the United States more and more leverage, changing how the game is played. So by the move we saw from the UAE and OPEC today, naturally, the question was brought up to members of cabinet and the liberal party here. And guess what? They had a whole lot of nothing to say.

8:43

So that answered absolutely nothing.

8:55

So what are your thoughts on what happened, what's going on with the UAE and OPEC and then departing, what's that impact on Canada? The small clip from the CBC interview we just watched earlier gave you way more info than what that was.Reality is, the impact on Canada won't be felt immediately. However, it's going to impact Canada eventually if this continues on for two, three, four, five years.Because first off, Canada has been de -industrializing and not putting the infrastructure in place to get our oil out to other markets. But if more people leave OPEC, and they remove the caps and just start producing oil making energy cheaper across the world it's actually going to in some ways it's going to help but also hinder

Canada at the end of the day.And so since that is one of our big vehicles, where does that put Canada?Well, you're betting it on the green economy, which is all one big grift. So what is going to happen for Canada moving forward?Well, I think Canada will still be okay.It just won't produce as much revenue as they're hoping.

10:01

However, we'll see what happens. We still need to build pipelines. So let's start building pipelines.focusing on how to build infrastructure before we start worrying about global energy prices and how it's going to impact us here at home. We'll start there first, okay? We'll start there, but we'll see what this move is because even Anita Nand, well, didn't really know, have anything to say about this either.

10:25

Not a whole lot to be said there. Not a whole lot.Just going to keep ignoring. We might hear something from them.We just know that our economic update is coming later today, 4 p .m.

10:36

Eastern time.So we'll see what happens. But the reality is is we've kind of laid out what could happen. We've laid out the ramifications of what this means and what this move could lead to.We don't know fully how that's going to impact Canada. It won't be immediate, but it will impact us later on as we'll see if this move starts a trend where other countries remove themselves out of OPEC and global energy starts getting cheaper.

11:07

We'll see what happens. However, this one admittedly was a curveball to me, kind of came out of nowhere.been trying to wrap my thoughts around it, and I'm sure there's a lot of details I'm missing. But this is the general idea and general focus of what we are currently watching, and to be honest, that's what we'll cap it off with.Regardless of what's going to happen at the end of the day, all I know is this move really continues to strengthen the United States, further weakens theglobalist agenda, and further weakens the alliance between China and the globalists.

11:41

And right now, they have nothing to say, and they don't even know what to say.And I think all I'm seeing is that we're getting closer to China having to bend the knee to the US, and the global elite like Mark Carney, Krohn, Keir Starmer, and others will have to bend the knee as well because The leverage that Trump has been building is starting to get to a point where it's undeniable. So we'll see what happens, folks. We'll see what happens.Let me know down in the comments what you think, because I'm sure there is, again, there's a lot to this story. There's a lot developing.

12:16

Let me know what you think. And if I did miss anything.Have yourselves a good one.I'm out.
