He has nothing. You become a government teacher, you will be elected, you will be put on duty, you will be sent to the village, you will be made to do whatever work you have. Parents will shout at you that you can't do anything.

Your income is limited. What satisfaction does the teacher have? The accusation is that you don't work. And in many cases, it is also true that you are in a government school. You are not going, but you are still getting a salary. You are not going to college, they are getting salary. The society is insulting them, that they are useless people, they are not doing any work, they are earning money.

Where are the teachers who have the same level of knowledge as IAS? In the end, an IAS will decide the future of all teachers. He will become the secretary of education. Although he has no experience of teaching. But a teacher will never become the secretary of education department. A teacher has no status compared to an IPS.

What will a police officer do if he gets him arrested? He has no money, no power, no social respect. Why will he become a teacher? These are the three parameters. These are the three parameters. A good salary and if you look at the real salary, the bungalow that he gets,

the rental value of that bungalow is at least 10-20 lakhs per month. The salary is 1.5 lakhs. That bungalow is the one that he gets at least 20 lakhs per month. He has 10 staff, cars, everything. If you look at the real income,

his income is more than the income of big people. He has a good salary. He has a lot of power. The whole district is in his hands. The social status is such that all the parents want their child to be like this. He gets so much.

If you give so much to the teachers, then start it. Then you will see what happens. Everything will change.

We have not developed the culture of education properly. That is, there is a lot of curiosity in the children, but that is not there. There are systems, they are being disrupted, they are studying. In that, the teacher is not getting as much academic creative satisfaction as he would like. People are always doing control non-teaching on that.

So, in total, it becomes alienation. It is not fun. So, what happens is that in every city, in every small city, the good teachers teach. After school, the children go to their homes. There, their income is more than the school salary.

But in the whole city, there are 15-20 teachers who are very good. Everyone wants to learn from them. So they will teach, earn. Some people will say bad things about them. But they can't do anything. They have to learn from them.

This is in every city. Social media came, some teachers became famous all over the country. I became famous in the world of IAS and some other teachers. So many people have to study from them. And what is the reason for this? There are very few teachers who are very good. Why are the teachers very good? Because there is no motivation to become a teacher.

Why is there no motivation? Because there are no such structures. You make an Indian education service, make an Indian teaching service. Give teachers a very good salary, give them power, that they will decide the future of teaching,

the future of education. Then see what happens. Respect the best teacher of the school in such a way that ISIPS will also feel that brother, I wish we were teachers. Do you think that India is a socialist country and we are trying to become capitalist? We are not. We are not even trying to become. When India became independent, Nehru was the PM.

The popular voices in the fight for independence were in favour of socialism. Nehru was a socialist. So, we followed the path of socialism. However, the word socialism was not written in the preamble of the constitution at that time. That was written by Indira Gandhi in the 42nd amendment in 1976. Indira ji had written it.

But if you read DPSPs, especially if you read Article 39, 38, then it is clear that we were going to go through the path of socialism. The national 5 year plans were made. We started following the Russian economy, USSR. So, the whole model was of socialism. The disadvantage of socialism is that the individual motivation is lost.

It is less. The start-up culture is not developed because the businessmen have to be abused. They don't get respect. The trade union movement increases a lot. Then the subsidies increase a lot. Competitive culture is not born.

Gradually, it started to be understood that it will not be possible to talk only about socialism. 1991 was a turning point. When Manmohan Singh was made the finance minister. And at that time, Narsimha Rao was the PM after the election. It was understood that our economy was about to collapse. Gold has fallen. Debt has increased a lot.

How to handle the country? Manmohan Singh has done a great favor to our country as an economist. He had been the RBI governor. He was made the finance minister. And he said that now we will be able to work without liberalization, privatization, globalization. Otherwise, LPG policy came to our country. And we believe that New Economic Policy 1991 is a turning point.

So, from there we started being in favor of capitalism. Not at the cost of socialism, but with that. Now we are a capitalist country in the sense that we promote start-up culture. Our government does not look at business people with the intention of humiliation. In the matter of tax, we are talking about ease of doing business and trying to do it. Otherwise, ease of doing business was not a part of our culture before. Licenses should be less.

Like in Delhi, a few days ago, I was at a meeting, Mr. Mithail was also there, he was telling that he has brought a new scheme that to start restaurants, permissions are not to be taken from the police. And in total, there are 6 or 7 permissions, and that is a window of 6 to 7 days.

If every department does not give it in a day, then it will be considered as deemed permission. This is called ease of doing business. And many departments are doing it. Many states are doing it. So, now our state has understood that government jobs and agriculture will not work. We need such people who do entrepreneurship and give jobs to people. And they pay taxes to the government so that roads are built and the infrastructure is built.

So, there is no way without this startup culture. Startup culture doesn't mean that you make a story and sell it on the IP. I am not talking about that. Entrepreneurship. So, the amount of value that entrepreneurship is getting, we are going in favour of capitalism.

But we are democracy, elections are coming up. And people get a lot of taste in religion and caste, but they get more taste in money. So, they want to get money directly. And in the last 3-4 years, the freebies culture has come to a very dangerous level. There are so many promises in every state's election that the economy of that state cannot handle them.

In every state, whether we talk about Maharashtra, Haryana, Bihar, Delhi, it is happening everywhere. Now if you want to give a good name to those freebies, you will say that it is a socialist pattern of distribution. Money should be earned as a capitalist. It should be distributed by the state as a socialist. And we are distributing the money to the poor sections like women. Women are considered a class in themselves. We are giving them all. And how to give them?

By doing business. So, we are increasing the start-up culture. And we are helping them. Then there is the Balika Yojana, Mata Yojana. I mean, such a scheme in which there is a pension for the old people. Now, there is socialism as well.

But there is also a big one for the elections. Both will go hand in hand. And once there is a taste in democracy, it does not go away. So, the way it is increasing, do you think the coming generation and the way our country is progressing, we will still respect the people who want to earn money, the people who want to start up an ambition, the entrepreneurs, will you respect them?

Will you see them with the eyes that they are doing the right thing? Like today, there is a little bit of hatred. Why are they earning? There is no hatred on one side. If we go to a hub like Bangalore,

if we go to Pune, there is a lot of aspirational value and respect. Now, the pockets are small. This is true. Gradually, the pockets will be bigger. As the studies and finance will increase, the pockets will be bigger. And when most people get dividends, they don't think much.

And for them, it is a third person. If someone has increased, then he has increased. What does it mean to everyone? And for them, he is a third person. If someone has grown, then he has grown. Like Bill Gates, he earned money all his life. He is still earning. Now he is busy distributing. Because he is getting serotonin in distributing.

people have become aware, gender equality has increased. Gradually, those things are coming to an end. You may not see Bahubali culture in Bangalore. You may not see it in Delhi. Because they are metropolitan cities.

It is not that easy. It will be in small towns and villages. because there is a little exposure of education, development, gender justice, but not that much. Over time, that will also change. After 200-300 years, we will be behaving almost like America and France are behaving.

But yes, the civic sense, which you are trying to say, civic sense is more in those countries. Like, people will roam there, but you won't see them spreading filth. You won't see them honking. The most interesting thing is that if you stay in Europe or America for 10 days, you won't hear the sound of a horn.

The second fear is that it should be that the study should increase. The scientific temper should increase. It is happening that we are going against it. We have less curiosity about science. Religiousness is more dominant, caste is more dominant, and nationalism is more emotive. The deep concepts behind it are less.

Is it increasing today? I think in today's situation, the scientific temper is decreasing, not increasing. Religious context and religious... Religiousness is increasing and the blind one, the rituals are increasing. It is increasing properly. But more people study, more people are educated, more people are logical, so religiousness

The big reason for this is social media. Social media has started to serve the people who were in the villages and towns who did not have much content. They have started to make them more superstitious, superstitious. And if there are 100 influencers on YouTube, I think there are only 5 of them who are talking about the rules. The rest are spreading nonsense.

They are spreading all kinds of superstitions. Their following is very high. It is a strange thing. They have a lot of following. It is a sad thing. Nowadays, our parents are investing as much in their children's education, they have to borrow. I am talking about schooling in particular. We have to teach in English medium schools. We have to teach in good private schools. I am not saying private schools are good.
