Well, technically yes, but it does require some strict government permits, which I have absolutely none of, because these are not real rattlesnake eggs, but instead a harmless prank where you twist this washer over and over again until the rubber band coils, then once it's released inside the bag, it should sound like an actual rattlesnake.
